Metro by T-Mobile

Very clean store. Mary was extremely nice and try everything for me and my wife to save. My bill was reduced and got home internet. Bye $110 spectrum. Thanks Mary! You deserve a raise 👏🏾

I been a customer for over 10 years. Mary is the best loving and caring person I came across in any Metro store.

I didn't take pictures but that's only because there wasn't much to take pictures of, there weren't very many phones to look at.
The reason I gave so many stars is because the kid who helped us, me and my grandmother, who wanted a new flip phone and he called all the T-Mobile stores to try and find one for her which alot of people wouldn't even try because a flip phone is only like 100. Dollars so obviously I don't think he was working on commission. I don't remember his name but it was in the .mall at Countryside.

Everyone is awesome and I love my android phone! Brett was great and helped me get a good deal on a phone and tablet. Ive had metro with little to no problems for goin on 3 years. And everyone is always super friendly!

Very professional employees with the best customer service in town. They offered to look up my address to see if I'll have coverage at work,home,and on my commute. I saved $500 on my cell phones with switching to metro and another $1200 a year on my phone plan . Customer care and help is always free and their happy to help. I will be making sure all my friends, family, and coworkers here about my great experience at this Metro.

never had any problems with staff and they have been gracious and helpful every time I have had an occasion to go to the store. The staff tends to move around among the different stores which just means that there are good people at most all of the stores all the time.
I have been happy so far and see no reason not to continue to do business with this store for a very long time. Liked it enough I got phones for my wife and daughter here too!!

Came in today because I tried to swap my iPhone online and had an issue. Katy had knowledge on my issue and she got it fixed with in a few minutes. She also called customer service to get my fee waived. Thanks Katy I appreciate it.

So today I walked into a local MetroPCS store because my phone was having some type of malfunction and it wouldn't turn on so soon as I walked in the store Joseph approached me and asked me what he could do for me and I told him what was going on with my phone from there he took my phone went behind the counter with my phone and worked his magic as always helping me get through the process that I need to get through for the warranty to get my new phone because Insurance wouldn't cover my phone because they say it was a software problem inside the phone but anyways Joseph is awesome and I will always go to him as long as he's with MetroPCS

Love this location . The people that work there always help me when I have a problem or question . Owen helped today . If the other stores have people working in them as great as the Garden St. store then Metro definitely has a winning team.

Didn't get his name but top of receipt says Timothy me and my fiance walked I'm @ 730 and he helped us out. Very friendly, knowledgeable it was the the easiest process ever!!

I had Angel help me activate my new phone he was very professional and courteous as well as helped me decide what phone choice would be better I never got the other gentlemans name on shift but both were very welcoming

I went to the Metro PCS in Titusville on Garden st. to get my neice a new phone and Timothy Brown was the man who helped us and he was AWESOME. GREAT customer service! We ended up getting my neice the new moto phone with a case, screen protector, charger, headphones, and activated it for a very reasonable price. He made sure we got everything we needed under our budget of $140. He also gave us shirts for free! He was awesome and can't wait to go back and get my nephew his next phone. Thank you Timothy!
