Altman's Air Conditioning & Heating Repair

Altman's came same day to repair a seized motor on the gas powered central AC at my mother's house and did a great job. Jason F. was very friendly and professional. I can say the same for the lady that makes the appointments. A week later I called Altman's to schedule a refrigerant service at my own house on the central AC and on the mini-split AC that services my garage. Same speed and great customer service from the scheduler and Jason. My main AC didn't need anything, the mini-split needed some refrigerant, so I only got charged for the mini-split and the service fee. I chose Altman's because they seem to have the lowest service fee in the area to come out, and they had good reviews. I'm happy to recommend Altman's to anyone looking to get trustworthy service for a central AC or mini-split.

Our experience with Altman’s was all positive. The office staff is superior. Elizabeth went overboard to get the needed parts and a quick installation. We do not feel we were overcharged but paid a fair price.
The technicians were knowledgeable, respectful and very professional.
We would definitely recommend Altman’s to friends and everyone. In fact I did last night.

Our A/C stopped working last night. I called Altman's this morning and they sent a tech out this afternoon. Tyler was professional and extremely patient with us taking time to explain everything to us, as well as answering all of our questions. We are very happy with the customer service from Altman's not just with Tyler but from Rachel as well. We were completely satisfied with the experience from the phone call all the way through to where our A/C is back up and cooling again. We will continue to use Altman's for our future A/C needs!

Had my scheduled maintenance done today. My technician, Mark M., was very professional & did a thorough system cleaning & diagnostic check. Mine needed refrigerant, and after he put that in, the air coming through the vent was noticeably cooler. I was extremely satisfied with the service I received today & highly recommend Altman’s!

Service rep contacted us when he was o. His way. Checked to see if we were ready for him. Was very amiable and gave us some good tips on preventative maintenance. Asked if we had any problems with unit prior to today. Completed the maintenance check and then discussed the renewal of the service giving us some options. It was a smooth experience again. Love Altman’s.

Unit was pushing heat instead of AC, therefore, heating the house in lieu of cooling it. Dave texted me to let me know he was on his way. Once he arrived, he began to loofor possible causes. He found the source within 40 minutes and repaired and cleaned it. Dave was very courteous and worked diligently. I was very satisfied and would recommend.

Really great service. My AC quit working. They had someone right out and fixed it. I also choose to get a service plan, which I feel is a great idea. These machines work 24/7 down here so better to keep it running at peak performance. Thank you very much... Mims Florida

Called Altman to repair my AC and they were at my office in an hour and completed the repairs in another hour. Very friendly and accommodating. Professional. They are awesome!

They had a tech out within 30 minutes and he quickly identified the problem and was able to assist and get us cool within the hour! Excellent customer service all the way around

I highly recommend Altman's for A/C install and/or repairs. I have always been very pleased with this company's services... from my new A/C install 7+ years ago, all the way up to just recently when they came out to do semi-annual maintenance on my unit.

Also adding an extra shout out to the tech who came out (Mark) a few days ago for being friendly and informative and who also did a great job as well.

What great service! Don and his staff at Altman’s were so so professional, kind and very accurate. We had a whole system put in. Setting up the install to them leaving after it was finished was wonderful. They text the day before and the day off for confirmation. The install was awesome! They care as much for your home and cleanliness as they do for a job well done. We loved the guys!! So friendly, kind, answered all questions and was professional. We couldn’t be happier. We had our annual maintenance done today and our technician Tyler called ahead, as promised and showed up on time. He couldn’t have been more professional. I felt like he did a thorough service inside and out, explained everything to us and gave us options on how to proceed. I appreciated that he didn’t “throw the book” at us with some sky high price to get our system operating at peak efficiency. We appreciated his suggestions and signed up for the VIP plan and set ups future service call for preventative measures. I would say Tyler is an excellent representation of well run operation. The technician was very knowledgable and friendly. He did a great job performing the check-up on our new system they installed a year ago. We've had Altman's install a unit in a previous house about 11 years ago. Their speedy, friendly, and knowledgable technician are why we chose them for this new house. I would highly recommend them.

The tech called 10 minutes or so before he showed up so I could put the dogs up. The tech was also very nice and worked quickly. Loved everything about the service call. Many company's could learn from them.
