I've been working with Beth for a couple days trying to get new phones and get an account opened and to get my late husband's account closed. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. If I need anything I won't hesitate to go to her. Excellent service.

I had Logan in the store helping me figure out what upgrade was best for me. He found me the best option and also mentioned many promotional discounts on my account that i didnt even know about! I went in the day before moving 12 hours away. He got me my phone the same day and is going through the extra steps to ship me my watch since i am unable to pick it up. He will go above and beyond and find what is right for you! Definitely recommend.

I have been a long time Sprint user. I finally came to my senses and switched. The rep that helped me was wonderful. He was extremely pleasant to work with. The service I had was exceptional. Far better than expected. I had a a unique order and he took all the time I needed to make sure everything was set up and we understood. I had 2 teenage daughters with me. He took the time to also try and track down a iPad with me. Customer service like this is hard to find. I am grateful for the pleasant experience. We often find the time to stop and complain but very seldom have the time to tell someone how good they did. Thank you for all his help. I hope you appreciate his hard work for this company. Went into the store to get a new phone and the rep helped me get into the best phone for me! Very similar to what I'm used to and I'll be able to transition easily without skipping a beat! Rep was fantastic at helping me out! Great customer service and very happy with my new phone!

The reps here at this location are great! Very professional, I had the pleasure of working with 2 reps the one who sold me the phone and then the one who helped me a couple days later when I had issues both were excellent. Which tells me that they have a great staff here. Never had an issue all very welcoming even during the crazy times of Christmas!
