Delivery was fast. They confirmed delivery and the driver called as l was told he when he was on his way.
I wish l had asked the driver for his name because he was outstanding. Courteous and friendly. Great customer service. This man is a true asset to your company.

This company is one of the best! Very professional as the tech came out to set up oxygen and explained everything. They are very quick from once they get the script to deliver. Give them 10 stars.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Keith did a wonderful job explaining the machine and how to operate and care for it to ensure my success. I had no problem setting it up and operating it on my own. It was a very pleasant experience all around.
My second visit was with Mykael and he was just as helpful as Keith! I could not have a better experience with either of the two customer service representatives.

Fantastic service, gave me all the information I needed to set up the oxygen machine as well as keep the mobile oxygen tanks around and set them up too. Alex was the most helpful guy we could’ve asked for, super kind, very understanding, hands on when it came to setting up, and we’re super grateful for him and the service he does.

I just am so impressed how courteous and polite KJ is every time he has been to my home on service calls… he is a wonderful asset to your company!

Jose is professional at his job. He explained everything I needed to know about wearing the Oxygen Sensor Watch. I a way I understood how and when to put the watch and finger piece on. Jose was polite,courteous and respectful. I couldn’t ask for anything more than that

My call was directed to a call center. The person that answered was able to find my account quickly and took down my message. I received a return call in less than an hour. My problem was resolved the next day by Alex, a very courteous and knowledgeable technician.

Alex our technician not only delivered our wheelchair but installed it and returned the next day to bring anti tippers so my husband would be safer while using the chair !

Great service! My O2 concentrator stopped working last night. I called customer service 8:30 the next morning and their tech Alex was at my house at 3:00 with a replacement. Alex was wonderful and knows his equipment well.
