Went into my Titusville cricket store my phone wasn't receiving calls or allowing me to make calls I spoke to Brittney in the store she was very kind and helpful she quickly found the problem and took the time to show me how she was able to fix the phone. I'm in my sixty's and I sometimes get confused with all the apps and buttons. I also spoke to manager Xiomara who helped me earlier in the week. If you are looking for phone services stop by and see these ladies they are wonderful

Krista and Norman were great! Professional and quick service. I got HBO max free for a year and saved $30 on my monthly bill with the ACP program. Also it’s saving me another $10 a month with autopay. I love Cricket!!

We were trying to switch our service over to Cricket today. We knew they closed at 7 and we were sure showing up at 5:30 would give us ample time to get it done. Caitlin was so great! As we tried to get things moving on the phone with Verizon who could not figure themselves out for almost 2 hours, Caitlin was patient and gracious and ended up staying an hour past close to try an help us figure things out. After 2 hours Verizon gave us the old "sorry we can't help you" excuse and so we could not switch our service over tonight. We will however be back to figure it in a day or two. Props to Cailtin for being professional and great in general. That girl deserves a raise!!

Since I have switched to Cricket being helped by Kaylyn and Justin my experience has been phenomenal. Any questions or concerns are answered by these knowledgeable staff members. I especially appreciate the kindness and warm smile from Katlyn, she is an asset to this company. I have already brought one friend to switch service to Cricket because of the excellent service I have had from Katlyn and Justin. I will definitely spread the word about the great customer service given by these wonderful Cricket employees.

Caty was very helpful with me and finding a new phone today. She is the store manager on Garden Street in Titusville. Caty didn't hesitate one second taking her time explaining all the features of the phone to me. I will continue to go to Caty for all of my sales and service. First time in this cricket store and they where very helpful and courteous, can't say anything better. I will definitely be coming here for my new phones next month. Went to Port St. JOHN'S, I could not believe how unprofessional they were with the customers they had there so I walked right out.

My husband and I went into Cricket wireless to speak to someone regarding their plans for new customers. The person we spoke to Illyanna was really very helpful, explaining the plans and the phones and explaining about regarding the phones hearing aid compatible.
We have pretty much decided that we are going to go with cricket wireless and drop all other wireless service as we're not happy with it we're not satisfied. Thank you so much for your help Illynna you helped us to make our decision.

A few weeks ago I was having trouble with my phone that I had just purchased there and it was up running real slow and then normal you know aggravations for cell phones and she the lady there helped me get the phone fixed you know got it running faster and cleaned it up and getting somebody else and their service is always been great ever since I joined them about a year ago and I buy my phones there and I'm pleased with them good people

Tre and Illyanna were exceptional. I did have a few problems with the customer service over the phone but in store with them they were very patient! I recommend going to see them!!

I cannot say enough good about Kaitlynn (hope I spelled it right). She fixed me right up on a very important College move in day!!!!!!!
