If You have Issues Ask For Mary!! She has been working there a long time and knows what she is doing. There is another Girl there also and she is amazing too. Most of the time there both there or one of the other. So please be patient and they will help you as fast as they can.

Jennifer (I think that’s her name) is the only competent boost mobile employee I’ve met. I bought an iPhone 11 brand new from the Apple store and went to a boost store to activate it and the man was taking a nap with his head down on the counter when I got there he told me that I needed a new SIM card to activate it but that they didn’t sell any. That doesn’t make any sense because he sells iPhone 10s and 11s in the store so I decided I’d just call customer service who proceeded to tell me that they couldn’t activate the phone because it was a CDMA/GMA issue. That doesn’t make any sense because I bought the phone brand new from the Apple store unlocked. The next morning I went to another boost store and the woman proceeded to tell me the phone was locked by Apple, and that she had the correct SIM card that I needed but she couldn’t sell it to me because the phone was locked by Apple. That doesn’t make any sense because Apple doesn’t even lock phones. I called customer service again and they told me that they couldn’t activate the phone because it was leased by Apple. I asked to speak to a supervisor who was, I’m at least 90% sure the same person who told me the exact same thing. I called Apple to make sure and Apple told me that even if the phone was leased there was no way that Boost mobile would even be able to know that and that it would be irrelevant to if they could activate it or not. Finally I went to Jennifer (I think that’s her name, the employee with the blue hair) and she activated it in 10 minutes. Thank you Jennifer for being seemingly THE ONLY competent boost employee.

This was the third B. M. store I visited in 2 days. The young lady in this store was really helpful. Although my issue was resolved before I got to the store, she lessened and helped me.

Mary is a wonderful person no matter what she always goes over in above to help her customers or even if they're not she's one great lady I hope they hang on to her

Greag store the women who helped me amd my wife was great tool her time to make sure we where on the new network so i didnt have to come in and do it another time answered all of our questions and we switched from sprint great store didnt have to wait at all he walked us through everything thanks boost
