The T-Mobile Corporate Store in Titusville, FL is a great store because employees there, namely, Albert and Brad, are exceptionally good at helping customers with any questions or issues with devices. Numerous other consumers came in as I was there and Albert and Brad were equally as polite and helpful to all the folks as they were with me. They literally work together to make sure all inquiries and issues are fully resolved. Albert even called customer service for support. I truly appreciate people like this because they are rare, and they stand in stark contrast to two female employees at the T-Mobile Store on Clearlake Road in Cocoa, FL who, despite not having a single solitary customer besides me in the store the entire time of my visit, could not be bothered to attempt to truly help me or call customer service despite my pleas to call for help to resolve the issue I had. One just stood at the desk constantly scrolling and tapping on her phone while the one talking to me was busy making excuses on how I should call customer service. Perhaps that is why I was the only consumer in that store before I got a clue, left and went to the Titusville store for help. Thank you, Albert and Brad. Your dedication and people skills are appreciated. I hope T-Mobile recognizes, and compensates you for your efforts!

John and Brad were a great help and took there time getting me all set up. They even stayed after hours when they were closed to make sure everything was working and everything was saved on my old phone. Theses guys are the best and thank you again for helping me get my new Samsung S24 Ultra!

Matthew and Sean are prime examples of exemplary customer service! I am beyond impressed by their professionalism and dedication to their customers! They made setting up services so easy and made not just myself but my entire family feel valued and appreciated! I will definitely be back to see these two amazing young men!

Agent Kei spent over 30 minutes helping me resolve an issue with MS Outlook on my iPhone that I couldn't figure out. Very patient and thorough. Great service as always from T-Mobile.

Went to the store today as a 20 year Metro customer. Left the store with 3 lines, 2 phones, 2 watches, cases and all and they were able to save my girlfriend’s number which Metro said they couldn’t do (and now a T-Mobile customer). Top notch customer service by Alberto and Matthew!

Looooove this location! This is the only location I go to! Sierra 100% knows how to help customers! She has an amazing personality and helped me get my business account set up! She always has an answer for all my questions! I brought 2 toddlers in one time and she was prepared to help entertain them! She was super helpful when my teenager was panicking about everything transferring over. 100% recommend Sierra!!! She is my TMobile goddess!

Sierra and Matt are amazing they helped me get into a fabulous that will fit my need in life with my business that I run , very polite and professional one of my favorite T-Mobile stores !!

I was very satisfied with the customer service at this T-Mobile location. Albert was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and helped us with everything we needed. Sean, Bradley, and Lexi were also very friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We were very taken care of by that staff and will be coming back for all other future visits with them!

matthew is like an angel sent from heaven above. he has been so patient and helpful since i started using t-mobile. he’s legit that kind of guy this store needs and i really enjoy doing business here. it’s a beautiful clean store and all of the employees are welcoming. unlike the stupid cocoa store 😐
i had a huge problem because of the cocoa location and matthew went well above and beyond to help us. he actually shows that he cares and it was just really nice and a huge stress was lifted off our shoulders after we left because we were confused about our bill. i have nothing but good things to say about this location and everyone that works there

Very helpful & patient team providing expert advice and guidance in switching to T-Mobile for a family plan with more "features" significantly less than what AT&T provided. Our whole family is very happy and we highly recommend them.

3/23 Update
T-mobile is now providing 500mb (actual speed) home internet for $30/mo. Also, we are enjoying Netflix compliments of T-mobile.

In summary, we are extremely happy with all the services we are currently receiving at the very reasonable rate we are paying.

Kei was very friendly and helpful. Did not push me for things I didn't want just fave me optins.reat service.

Greate service and Excellent knowledge. I will revomanded to my families and friend

I usually DESPISE having to go to a cell phone store. This location is the exception. Everyone was so friendly. They even remembered me from coming in MONTHS ago. Went in today for a screen saver replacement. Entire team was wonderful! They had even just won a front runner trophy for being top in state of FL! Congrats and well deserved.

I highly recommend T-mobile employee Matt for upgrading devices and switching carries. He was very knowledgeable and professional. The switch and upgrade was seamless.

Went into TMobile store because my original carrier ATNT was giving me a hard time for changing my Puerto Rico number to a new phone because they were sold to Liberty Wireless, any way I went into TMobile and met Ashley OMG this girl is amazing her knowledge, and willingness to help us was beyond what was expected. My service has never been better and my 787 area code is working better than ever I advice anyone if you're looking for great service and professionals to handle your phone needs please visit TMobile in Titusville Florida and ask for Ashley you will not regret it.

Let me tell you folks I received some of the best phone service ever in my adult life. The agents I worked with were phenomenal. Kind and courteous and immediately knew everything I would need for my new phone which by the way is awesome. This is the ONLY place to go in Titusville. It is a clean, beautiful and very roomy comfortable store. These guys know what they are doing and you were their focus the entire time I was there. I was at the other location they never even acknowledged i was there after the 1st intro. No one came back to even say " sorry for the wait". If you do not stop here then shame on you!!! Thank you Tmobile by Target!!! Sierra you and your partner were amazing.!!!

Matt is an exemplary employee. He's knowledgable, professional, courteous & is patient with customers. He demonstrates outstanding leadership skills. Jermaine is also exceptional and knowledgable. I miss seeing Alexis. Wish she would return to this Titusville store.
