I came into the store with 30 mins to close. Brianna took care of us. She helps us thru the process of transferring to a new cell. We've got another line set up. I have to say how impressed I was by her customer service and knowledge. She multitask while getting us set up, she took care of another customer. Never one complaint about the lateness, very courteous, knowledgeable, quick and I just found the store to go. From now on it's going to be Brianna taking care of my family plan. Highly recommended. It's a joy seeing young hard working people with excellent customer service skills. Metro Pcs you better give this lady a raise and keep her happy, she's going to make you a bundle!

Hands down Jessica was amazing. She got us running up and made things so simple!!! She is a star. Mind you her and Cheyanna were also assisting a woman who needed help as well. She left happy, we were happy and they were happy. Great staff!!! We had a moment!

These girls up here at metro t mobile are phenomenal! They always help me without making me feel dumb and are so fun and sweet! I highly recommend coming and seeing them at hopkins!

Destiny did an amazing job helping me setup a new phone for my mom. She went above and beyond and I can't thank her enough!

Went to the Metro PCS on hopkins in Titusville and thankfully got Tim again! He is so awesome and ended up buying another phone with no pressure and turned on my nieces phone as well. I always call and ask for Tim before going to the stores. He's so helpful.

Cheyenne was amazing! She helped us get my phone reactivated and helped us save money at the same time. She was so sweet.

Kristen Crounse is an associate that on more than one occasion has provided more than excellent customer service. She demonstrates leadership qualities when working with team members, is competent able to multitask, extremely knowledgeable with products, services, and her ability to integrate these aspects into customer service and sales with guest, employees in store or via phone is impressive.
MetroPCS should consider opening positions in areas of this business where all her talents can continue to grow, serving the company and all those that come in contact with her. A great shoutout to Kristen and a 5 star rating
