Great Home Depot, organized and clean, prices were expected.

The staff is always available to help without hovering. If they don't have the answer you need, they won't hesitate to look it up or ask a fellow co-worker! The store itself is abundantly stocked meeting a variety of taste and needs.

Kudos to the young man(employee) helping with the bags of mulch in Massena, NY, definitely a hard worker!! Went to give him a tip, but he said he couldn’t accept, it’s great to have such a courteous ambitious worker!!

Great sales on garden plants! Fall is the best time to load up one's garden for Spring flowers! Also fantastic Halloween decorations! Really!!

They have friendly staff and they are very helpful. They usually aren't hard to find either they are all over. This store is huge and has pretty much everything you need for working on anything in your home and all different brands of tools. And they have alot of sales especially around the holidays.

Excellent service.
I had a flat tire right at the parking lot, lucky for me.
And I was able to get the tools I needed to change my tire.
I didn't have my own tools with me that morning.
I was able to return what I didn't need after it without a hassle.

My husband and I just bought a home and it needs some fairly substantial work. Cliff (in flooring) and Karl (in paint) told us exactly what we needed but best of all brought us right to everything. They also got us the best deals. As we were checking out the service person, Ricky, made sure to look for additional discounts in case any had been missed. Everyone was just so helpful and friendly. We will 100% be back for everything else we need!

It was fine. Clean. Saw several staff and only a few asked of they could help us though. We only have a Lowe's in our town, so it was nice to see a competitor.

Great to have you guys as you have the only hardwood flooring that matches the same I bought in Winchester Va. Was able to find the tree lighting we wanted that no one else sold. It will truly be Home for Christmas thanks to Home Depot🌲

Their self check out system is very smooth and easy to follow directions. No scanning over a desktop it's all done with a hand scanner. Choice of products is great too.
