My machine sews like it did when it was new. Thank you for helping me out. Day trip to Emporia worth every penny, an absolutely fabulous day. I appreciate everything you did to get me back in the sewing room. Thank You.

My wife dropped her Husqvarna Viking Diamond Royale off on a Monday to get the embroidery arm repaired (she dropped it during a move). Wallace had it repaired and working like a charm the following Wednesday (2 days!!!). We feel he was very fair on repair costs and pleasantly surprised on the quick turn around. We will definitely bring the machine to Wallace again and will recommend it to anyone who needs a repair or just a good cleaning.

The repair time was very reasonable, very,very helpful and knowledgeable about what they do,had a machine repaired for my wife for mother's day,and I wanted it demonstrated because I live 2hrs away and didn't want to get home and have some mishap,and they were more than happy to ablige...very thankful and I will be a repeat customer...thanks for all of your help Chuck.
