Crowley Furniture & Mattress

My wife and I spent countless days looking everywhere for our next living room set of couches. We were on our way home when we spotted Crowley in Blue Springs. We walked in and found exactly what we spent so much time looking for, almost immediately. The staff were all very kind and patient with our selection process, after returning home to measure our space one more time, we came back to Crowley the same day and we purchased a sofa and love seat. We worked with Rhonda to complete the sale and she was excellent. Further, the furniture was in stock at their warehouse and was delivered 3 days later that same week, arrived on a Crowley truck driven and delivered by Crowley employees! The delivery guys were fantastic, extremely respectful and communicative; they arrived perfectly on time and were super careful with our items when they delivered. I would 100 percent recommend this establishment for anyone looking for any kind of furniture. Thanks!

I came in once to get ideas for bedroom update. I was greeted by a very nice gentleman who didn't push, try to tell me the sale would 'end soon', etc. I was allowed to wander around without pressure. Two weeks later, I returned, and bought an entire bedroom suite. Again, the same salesman helped me, and all was seamlessly completed. We saw more items that we'll be back to purchase. I was very impressed. And the best part is I didn't have to drive to Kansas to buy it. :)

Our experience was wonderful, First time in the store. Sales person was very helpful and not overbearing. I checked in with us form time to time to see if we had questions. Just an overall great experience.

Wanda, was amazing she gave us all the information we needed but let us browse on our own. She was very knowledgeable and funny. Had a great experience. The only downside was it will take 3 months to get but that's not her fault.

Great customer service by Mark when I purchased an accent chair from the Blue Springs store. Delivery was within 3 days. Delivery guys were very careful with delivery. Excellent experience.

My husband and I were out shopping for a couch set or sectional, a dining set, and possibly other furniture pieces to fill out our new home. We had a lovely experience with the sales team as they were friendly and informative but not at all pushy or over bearing. We found a dining set we loved and went through with the purchase. It was quick and easy to get delivery set up. Our delivery was scheduled for a few days out from the purchase date and everything came at once. The delivery staff brought our items upstairs and set everything up for us. They explained how the table worked for getting the leaf in and out and showed us how to adjust the shelves in our sideboard. They were very friendly and had everything in place and set up quickly. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish.

It is so nice to work with home town professionals! We wear ourselves out, endlessly walking through the bigger furniture stores, finding nothing of value. Just a few minutes in Crowley and I also love the peace of mind that Crowley stands behind everything they sell.

came in for a new mattress was offered to lay on any and as long as i felt needed and how i wanted to. found the one i wanted. they are delivering to my house when they get it all in! So excited, much needed.

I decided to special order my new living room furniture and had several questions prior to my order. Gary Brautigam was incredibly prompt with responding to all of my inquiries. He made the process very simple and had the fabrics and paperwork waiting for me when I came in to place my order. He was wonderful to work with! All of the staff and management are friendly and inviting! Highly recommend Crowley in Blue Springs!

We visited Crowley in fall of 2022 to purchase a couch. After receiving it, it just didn't feel quite the same as what we tried in store, so we decided to exchange for a different sofa. Through this process, all the associates (Jace especially) and management were incredibly helpful and reasonable in making the switch. Really appreciate the attention and care they offer compared to other furniture retailers we've used in the past. The new couch has been very comfortable. We did also have a small repair that was needed; and the service associate (Greg) they sent to our home was very knowledgeable, friendly, and quick. Top notch service all around!

We have been purchasing furniture from Crowley for years and have never been disappointed. Most recently, I worked with Mark at the Blue Springs location on the purchase of a recliner. I appreciated his "no pressure" but helpful approach as I selected the fabric to customize my purchase. We will look forward to receiving our new recliner!

Donavan was very informative and he was never pushy. He actually gave us space to think about whether we wanted to purchase or not. Great experience! Highly recommend Crowley. Huge selection to choose from and their having a promotion for free delivery.

Shortly after entering the Blue Springs store, we headed to the recliner display. Salesperson (Mark) approached and asked if he could be of help. We advised what we were shopping for and he showed us the available options. He answered our questions but was not a high pressure salesperson. He was able to help us by explaining the various options. Thank you for your professionalism.

Jase, Rick, and Tyler were phenomenal. This was the best experience I have ever had buying furniture from a store. Sales went great with Jase, and he was very helpful in assisting us in getting a couch, loveseat, side table and entertainment center. Rick and Tyler were able to move everything in and set things up, it went smoother than I expected and was a great experience. Thank you Crowley for helping our family. What a great store, we will be back for future needs.

My shopping experience at Crowley Furniture in Blue Springs was exceptional. The selections of the highest quality is there. With the help of Gary I made my selections from the discussion we had and seeing the actual structure of materials used in manufacturing process. American made was very important. Gary never pressured nor rushed me. He answered all my questions knowledably which were extensive due to medical issues. His honesty was appreciated in finance as well as all we worked together on. He enjoyed helping me make selections on the furniture I had my mind set on and the many selection of fabrics. Gary made my bedding and living room selections fun and Crowley for having the piece available. I can honesty say I've never had a more positive experience in shopping for pieces your going to live with and look at every day. Thank you...5 Stars 🌟+ Carolyn

We are very thankful for all the help Jace our sales associate provided for us. We explained what we were looking for and he quickly pointed out what they have and explained all the options. We really liked all the fabric options you have with the Flex-steel line. Other stores have very limit options. Now, we do have to wait for it but we are getting exactly what we want and need.

I had Shawn and he was really good and gave me many options for a mattress and mattress cover! It ended up being expensive but it will be WORTH IT. 5 stars all the way :)

My wife and I came in looking for pillows , trying everything but what the actual problem was. Gary the sales associate took the time to show us many different options, he was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in finding us the perfect sleep system for our needs. We were impressed with the help he gave us and are counting down the days until it arrives .
