Ryan Homes at Groves at New Kent Ranch

Alana reached out to us and allowed us to meet our personal timeline for our build. She was very professional in doing this and obviously kept our needs in mind. We are so happy to be able to move to The Groves at New Kent and can’t wait to move into our new home.

I’m just 2 weeks in from writing the contract and so far so good. The sales team Alana and Rhiannon have been great to work with. Alana was a great help in picking out the selections for the house and getting the contract written and signed. Their mortgage broker Bryan is also very helpful in going over the loan etc. I am a real estate agent with a custom home builder in the area and know the business well and thus far the experience has been great. Now we wait for permits etc and the start date for building. I’m very excited to be moving out there and have ridden through the neighborhood and spoken with the neighbors and everyone loves it there.

We decided to move back to VA after leaving in FL for 4 1/2 years to be closer to our family. The Groves at New Kent is excellent location for us and looking forward to move in the Groves at New Kent soon. Our brother in law lives in a house at Fredericksburg VA built by Ryans homes, We were so impressed and was able to check all locations near VA beach. The Groves in New Kent is the perfect place because its between my daughters house in VA beach and my husbands sisters from Northern VA. We decided to go back to VA after staying in FL for 7 years to be closer to family. Seeing the beautiful model homes at New Kent made our decision easy, with the help of your agent Mike Breissinger. He is very courteous, friendly, knowledgeable about the homes quality and impressive presentation of the house and community. He is always available and attentive when we call him for questions. It was a very beautiful quiet community.

Relatively rural area just under development. I liked the quiet but wife was concerned about emergency, police, fire, and medical services not being close by. Typical Ryan quality and floor plan.
