Im a currently hotshots driver and blew a tire and drove to this location. Once I arrived, I parked in line to get it fixed. After quite a long wait, a mechanic came out and informed me that they usually don’t change tires out on dually pickups and trailers because they are not equipped for such small tires. However, he said he would make an exception for me. Then they brought me in the shop and he tried to fix it but didn’t have the right tools to take my tire off. After he told me that there was nothing he could do, his coworker came over and said he might have a tool and fixed it. We were very relieved and was about to pay for the tire. And the original mechanic said it was on the house. Im very pleased with their services and kindness. They even stayed past closing time to ensure that it was fixed. I give high praise to all the staffs and the Love’s service center.

Thank you Loves for building the Truck Stop at this location it really needed because Pilot across the street is very small and you practically never going to have Parking, so thank you 👍👍👍

Great store they have special parking for RVs and trucks, clean restrooms, A special thanks to Jerome the Operations Mgr and Jim the Supervisor who gave a superb direct attention and support to a fuel issue I had with a gas discount, their support is a reason why LOVES is my favorite stopping place for all travel needs. Arby's is an internal Restaurant that take Loves points but do not give points. They provided a fenced dog walk. A nice place to stop between Richmond of leaving or entering I- 295.

Very clean store, newer store. Very well kept. 86 legal truck spaces, 7 showers, Arby’s in the store that accepts loves points as payment.

Love their service. We usually do RV dump, fill water and pump gas. quick and so nice in general. But today was not as pleasant. After paying $10 for dump, had to wait awhile because the person who was supposed to bring the key out to unload the dump station took forever. He had his wife and young son there so he was playing around with his son while we were waiting then he walked his son out to say bye which took another 5 mins or so. When you are traveling, you don’t really want to wait for someone to come unlock the dump station for a long time. You want to be able to pay and go quick. He was a nice young gentleman wanted to play with his son but not while the customers are waiting. Other than that everything was ok even the restrooms were clean.

Tried to get an oil change done, told they didn’t have the filter, so told to go to another Loves that had filter. But, I’m on 34 hour restart, and cannot move. I was then told that someone would go get the filter from another Loves, and that they would call me when it gets here. Four hours later, I go inside to check status on filter arrival. Guy tells me that no one is going to pick up filter and that a shipment is not due until Tomorrow night. Do not come here, horrible service.

The Truckstop side is fine but Arbys need better employees with better attitudes, they have PA system but let you wait 20 minutes or more for a fish sandwich and say they called you 10 minutes ago, and you sitting in the dining area with others customers waiting on orders because they are so slow and relax, will not return unless better workers are on duty., and the girl had the nerve to say have a great day, yeah right.

loves should take issue and make surprise visit in this establishment, the mechanics do what they think, Saturday I registered to change 2 tires to my trailers, they had only one job to do first, they called me at 6 pm 😡 😡😡😡 6 hours later, Monday night I need someone to check my truck and after 4 hours of checking in they call me and tell me they do not have a mechanic for the night 😡😡😡 I go to the store and they are 3 smoking and talking, I argue with them and then they tell me to bring my truck to check it, in the end how the work is so slow in this Loves workshop it seems to me that the mechanics take it slowly and want to work less than they should, I come to pay for my service I do not want you to do it for free 😡😡😡😡 managers of Loves should take a look at this establishment in particular that is not working at all well 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 👎
