These guys were amazing! I came in with my car making a weird noise right away one of them came out and drove with us to hear it, took the car into the shop and checked it out. Truly thank you so much for taking the time right away to look at it.

Had wheel hubs that went bad and Shep got them replaced. Vehicle was so noisy before but after he replaced them it's never been so quiet and drives so smooth. Absolutely recommend him to anybody for vehicle repairs. The best there is around this area.

I was on a camping trip with my family and we were heading to Indian boundary campground from stlouis and my Ram was starting to have a heavy vibration and terrible noise in the front end. So I called every shop between us and the campground asking the impossible to get us in right away and to be at least looked at. After about 10 auto shops Shep was my savior they were located at the bottom of the mountain from the campground. They were able to look at it once we arrived. Shep ordered parts and had me all fixed up the next morning. This shop went above and beyond. My family and I were able to enjoy our camping trip with a great running truck. Thank you Shep!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!! My husband and I were on our way back home from vacation when my car threw the serpentine belt at 6:00 at night. Shep drove 35 miles one way to get the part for my car and he and a coworker stayed until 8:00 that night to fix it for us! They charged us less than $100, when they could have easily charged us triple that for what they did to help us that night. Cannot say enough good things about them. Very good, honest, kind men!!

On vacation and got a flat on my 18 Camaro up in the mountains by bald river falls. it was a blown sidewall so with no spare I was stranded. Michael was very helpful with different options of where to go and then flatbed us all the way to Cleveland TN, an hour away so we could get a tire put on. Then hung around to make sure everything was good before taking off. Was also very careful with the car as well. Thank you so much for helping out and helping us be able get back home!

We were on vacation when the check engine light came on. We Googled local mechanic shops and came across Shep's Garage who had excellent reviews and I can see why. He jumped right on our vehicle and figured out what was wrong with it and repaired it quickly. He was VERY courteous and reasonable. I cannot praise him enough. If you ever need in the area go to Shep's.

I was visiting my parents when my check engine light came on. I called, Michael checked it out, made the repairs and checked the rest of my vehicle to make sure it was safe to drive and would get me home safely. I appreciate the extra mile he went to make sure I could make it home safely.

I've tried them all in Tellico and Shep has repaired what the others could not and for a reasonable price. I have an older eccentric car and he has done some very intricate repairs.
