Arby's

I came to this Arby's after I waited 20 minutes just to get 2 regular roast beef sandwiches at the roebuck store. I had to leave so I asked for my money back since it was just another gentleman in the line in front of me at Roebuck. At THIS STORE, I ordered, paid, was served & ate the same items in under a half hour. Moody is where to go & usually I don't have problems at Arby's. Just avoid Roebuck. They don't care about service at all. Moody Arby's was great!!!

My girlfriend loves this place. The double beef and cheddars are the bomb. The curly fries aren't bad either and never had a bad experience with the workers. A highly recommended establishment by me!!!

So I started to stop going there because they stopped serving pepsi.. yesterday I went and got the Greek gyro. It was good, and tasted authentic. Could of used more sauce but otherwise good. Sweet tea was good also.

Porche is the absolute best! She always smiles at me and makes my day so much better! I love when I come through and see her!

23Nov2020 - Clean, friendly service, just passing through but would definitely stop by again if I was in the area.

There hamburger was great I had there new bacon hamburger and fries and cheese stick and j popper it was good keep up the great food service.

This location was friendly, clean and they got my order to me fast and accurately. I rarely ever go through a drive thru because I like my food in the moment and that's the primary reason for coming here. This location didn't disappoint and I appreciated the service the people that work here demonstrated. Great place.

Young lady with tattoos named Charles working the window. Absolute sweetheart. Total pleasure of a person. Sweet and helpful. Never met someone so positive and upbeat. The world needs more people like her. I'd go back just for the courtesy the food was good too.

Best Arby's I have ever visited. Food was hot, delicious and they still practice good COVID-19 policies there. Best thing of all? The manager came out and check on every customer to ask if we were all having a pleasant dining experience. I have never seen any fast food restaurant check on their dine in customer's. This manager could teach a lot of fast food managers how to keep their customer's coming back. Thank you Sir!

Arby's in Moody has great fresh food. Everything is so tasty and a great value. The employees are so friendly and helpful. The service is quick and this place is so clean. I see them sanitizing the tables, chairs, counters every time I'm there and you can see how professional they are and they make sure your visit and eating there is the best experience every time.

Didn't have special item menu meat, Traditional Gyro. We each tried the new burger. Thought they were very good but overpriced. We miss the potato cakes. I've loved them for 50 years. Handicapped parking was available. Restrooms were very clean.
Lot of noise behind the counter and most employees were on their phones and not washing hands or changing gloves afterwards.

Super hot and fresh food and friendly staff. Enjoy going there. UPDATE 6/6/22 Still great service, very friendly staff and a great location. This review is totally about the new Wagyu Burger deluxe. While the meat is true Wagyu, and was cooked very well, the meat lacked any sort of seasoning. A hit of salt and pepper made a world of difference. I ordered mine minus tomatoes, but it did come with kosher sliced pickles, shredded lettuce and a special sauce that was actually very flavorful. The main issue I had with the burger is that it was literally thrown together and all my lettuce and sauce was in the wrapping instead of between the buns. I'm sure that was a training issue and will be remedied at some point, but again....first impressions. The large size combo came in at just over 10.00, which is a very good price for the meal. Personally I will stick with the roast beef at Arby's and will burger joints for burgers. It's really hard to beat a hot and fresh Arby's half pound classic!!

The daytime manager is always so nice ! Food is always fresh and hot

I ordered the steak sandwich, with a strawberry lemonade I wasn't told they had no strawberry until the food was brought out to me, however it was replaced with a big cup of sprite, the sandwich, was hot and delicious, service with a smile.

The food was good. The only thing is I ask for some of the little crispy onions like they put on some of their sandwiches in place of fries because when the are cooked fresh they are so good the girl even ask me if I wanted them fresh and of course I said yes she made that announcement 3 different times to the people preparing the food I paid the same price for those as a large fry so sure I would want them fresh not the ones sitting all day but guess what 3 announcements later o e with a verification to the cashier she heard her and I still get some that had been sitting no telling how long that were no where meat warm or good. I know the fact food industry can be hard work because I have done it but I also know its not that hard to give the customer what they ask for with a smile. Customer service and pleading the customer is a thing of the past a forgotten legend. A thing the new generation has and will heat about but will never know or see.

Service was very good and the food was excellent. Everything was made fresh. The staff was friendly,knowledgeable, and polite. Restaurant was clean and well ordered

After reading all the horrible reviews of surrounding restaurants, the reviews on this location looked promising and I wasn't let down. I ordered through the drive-thru and the service was very quick. The staff was very kind and efficient as I received my order very quickly, it was correct, and it was hot and fresh. I appreciate this service as other restaurants in the area are greatly lacking.

I went through the drive through last week and the young man with a real deep voice took my order and he was very friendly and also his boss was standing to the side working on some paper work. They were both very friendly. Kindof nice going to a fast food place and the employees acting like they loved their job and really enjoyed talking to the customer (me). I will go again soon.
