1. The restaurant is super clean!!!A+++
2. The cashier that took my order is(SUPER NICE).A+++.
She is very friendly, (KENDRA).Professional, nice, smiles, and treated me very nice.
I have been to cook school.
Culinary School. I really know how things are suppose to look, taste, and so on.
I also took up Food Service Specialist in the U.S. Military.

The cook was as friendly as well.(Karla).I asked her to do something for me with the burrito. Grill it hard for me.
She didn't have a attitude or nothing.
Was very kind, professional.

I walked in because I didn't feel like using the drive thru. There was only 1 person in front of me. The lady in front of us had already ordered. Me and the guy in front of me waited for 33 minutes while standing at the counter waiting to order. I finally spoke up and asked if someone could help us. The other guy said that he wanted to ask too. We saw about 6 employees in the immediate area the whole time we were there. No one even said that they would be there in a moment. Eventually someone spoke up and said they were short staffed. I get that, but not when 6 people are there in the front. I've worked in Customer Service for over 40 years. At least greet your customers. They forgot about the woman's order that was in front of both of us. She was an elderly lady. I had to take care of getting her order for her. I got her name and made sure that they got it done. It was 47 minutes total before my food got done. The drive thru wasn't even busy. I had been watching it. Overall it just wasn't a good experience.

Food was classic Taco Bell which just hits the spot sometimes. Cashier Timothy M. was fantastic - friendly, courteous and professional. Service level was definitely 5 star!

I just grabbed a regular soft taco thru the drive thru and I swear it was the BEST EVER!! The meat was hot, saucey (and plenty of it) and the lettuce was cold...hot and cold!! That's call freshly made!!! Yummy!!

I love this toco bell!they were war so sweet 🫶🏻🥹.because every time we go to a toco bell they are just roooooood!from know on they will always be our number 1place we go to.Also they got our first Oder right🥰🥰🥰!!!

Good food at a reasonable price. Very varied menu. Kiosk ordering & live customer service. Lovely patio.

Only used drive thru service but I received quick and courteous service.

The late night crew is the best to ever do it, my nacho fries were even crispy, been like 3 times in the past few weeks and it's always hot fresh, usually super fast. They are amazing 💯💯💯💥💦

This location is pretty solid. I typically order on their app and whether I pick up via drive-thru or dine in, it's always good quality. They are also pretty good about paying attention to how you customize your order.

Clean store, good food, and fast service. I always use the online orders and never have an issue

Easy to read menu with a great variety of choices. Food arrived quickly, served hot and jammed full of good stuff. Dined in and everything was neat and clean. I'll be back!

My favorite taco bell around great worker's great service.

The young man at the the front counter at the Taco Bell in Moody about 5:00 p.m. today, August 16, was a cut above the usual employee. To the owner of this business you need to pay him more and do your best to keep him. He made going in and ordering an unusually good experience for your establishment.

I give 5 stars, cause the staff was extremely friendly. The order was taken properly and prepared correctly ( we had a good size order)
Place was very nice and clean. The staff even interacted with my kids. ( they were makeing sure store was clean when they did so ,( multitasking) we were very pleased with everything overall.

Marie was excellent! She recommended the new power bowl and it was delicious. She was all over taking orders cleaning up trays and chatting with people. The best experience I've ever had at a Taco Bell. Good job! It's nice to see personable people at a fast food chain. She was working hard and so pleasant.

Best tacobell I had in a while. Everyone was very nice and kind, even with the line growing long. Food was hot and fresh and our drinks did not taste watered down or flat.

Excellent service...if you go thru the drive thru your gonna wait...that's why it's called a drive thru. Folks are being a batch leaving negative feedbacks...stop...life is tough everyday..I thank hourly folks everyday for what they do. We need you.

They were Very Busy.....I may have waited 1 or 2 minutes for my food. Manager was training a new cashier & they both were Very friendly and fast. I ordered off the new $1 (dollar) menu the value was 5* especially compared to McDonald's $1 menu nowa days!!

I visited this location with my 8 yr old son and my stepdad (aka Ppaw) .It was a Friday and probably around 2pm. We opted to dine in, and the staff was pleasant, establishment was clean, including the restrooms. Health department rating was good, along with the food. I have no complaints :)
