The employees at this McDonald's are always so well mannered and kind. The food is always fresh, and I always get my sauces. :)

Good service, good food but prices have increased more than like businesses in the area

I had the pleasure of receiving exceptional service from April at the Leeds, AL McDonald's location. Her friendliness and willingness to go above and beyond to resolve any issues truly impressed me. In my 30+ years of coming to McDonald's, this has been the best experience I've ever had. April is undoubtedly the most helpful and considerate employee I've encountered in any fast-food establishment. Her outstanding service has made me willing to drive the extra distance just to visit this McDonald's location as long as she's part of the team. April is a true asset to this McDonald's, and I can't speak highly enough of her dedication to customer satisfaction.

I’m not a McDonald’s fan, but on a few occasions I will let my little one get a happy meal. She was begging to stop, so we stopped in Leeds. It was around 3:40 today, 4/17/23. The two ladies that helped me were SO pleasant, welcoming, and just made the atmosphere so relaxing overall. The cashier was just as friendly and really wanted to help me redeem a reward I had and the lady brought me my food while I was fixing drinks. Good job ladies, thank you. Also to note the restaurant was impeccably clean, and so well organized. Honestly I’ve never seen a McDonald’s that was. So triple thumbs up from me! On those few occasions for a happy meal, we will back!

The staff was very helpful. Seemed to be very well run.

I ordered here around 3:45 pm on a Sunday afternoon and my burger & fries were fresh and tasty. Customer service was great, employees were very friendly.

This McDonald's needs to be more than 3.5 stars. I live close to the one in Roebuck which has 3.1 and they are terrible!!!
So I stop here a couple times a week to grab a couple burritos. I switched it up today and got something different (which was good)but non the less I got to the pick up window and the gentleman pouring my coffees made sure I got fresh brewed. Now I know it wasn't specifically for me but it was good to see this young gentleman doing his job well and enjoying it or at least pretending to enjoy it. Fake it till you make it right? Hey as long as the customer is happy.
As a chef that's been in the hospitality game for quite a while I'm very critical and I enjoy coming to this particular McDonald's.

Bathroom was a bit messy, but overall experience was great! Great employees that greeted me upon walking in and had my order made quick and done correctly.

One of the BEST Mcdonald’s locations around. After coming here multiple times throughout the year, this location has always had my order taken quickly, food accurate, hot, and EXCELLENT customer service skills. It goes a long way to say “You’re welcome” and “Have a good day”. I will always go to this location when i’m in the mood for Mcdonald’s. GOOD JOB!

The food was consistent with the McDonald's brand. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the store and the landscaping around the building.

McDonald's has come a long way. Very clean facility, accommodating kiosk ordering stands w/ helpful employees ready to assist or allow you to order up front. Eliminating alot of wait, an very quick service.

PRO: Fast service, clean facility, helpful employees, friendly service

CON: Drive through can be slow, but doable for the most part.

PRICE: $ & 1/2

Great service, really fast and the order was spot on. I can't believe I would say something like that about McDonald's, but it seems maybe they have upped the game. I've only tried the quarter pounder burgers, so not sure about the rest, but is definitely an improvement. McDonald's needs to go back to cutting and serving fresh not frozen fries, that would be ideal.

Quick service and the fries were piping hot and not dry at all. Chicken sandwich was fresh as well. Lovely employees 💜

I go there everyday all the time. I always order my Carmel frappuccino with extra Carmel on top and bottom. There famous dollar sweet tea is awesome as well. Keep up the great work. Love it all the time. Love ya'll guys.

Girl, believe me when I tell you, these people are cool as hell! Me & my bestie were zooted af & rolled in almost around closing time. They gave us PIES that they were just gonna throw away! The kindness & generosity of this establishment is unmatched. The friendliest staff ever!

Just a normal McDonald's, I got a grilled chicken and it tasted pretty good. Fast service and they got my order right with everything I asked, nice workers from what I could tell so I definitely recommend if you want just a quick and simple bite to eat.

Most spiritual experience I have ever had at a McDonalds. We went 15 minutes before closing and they were extremely pleasant, even though I know they didn’t really want to be bc they wanted to go tf home on time. All our food was fresh af AND they gave us free fresh pies and apple fritters since they were closing soon. I’M TALKING ABOUT STRAWBERRY AND CREAM PIES, APPLE PIES AND APPLE FRITTERS. We rode home with enough for appetizers and dessert. Mind you, we were also unnecessarily zooted. I truly believe my higher power put us and those angelic workers there at exactly the right time. Go spend your money here.

Fast and accurate. They didn’t have double cheeseburger on the 2for 3 but that must be a GA thing

McDonald's is a pretty decent restaurant I had a good experience with there food. The last time I went was a great experience the food was good, the service was a little slow but the food was hot and ready when we got it. The costumer service is really good the quality is also good for a fast food restaurant.
