The women in the morning drive-thru are so wonderful, quick, and kind. Very hard workers that are running around with a smile and going out of their way to be polite! Thank you for making things easy and fast!

I love Jack's fried chicken which is what I got, with their mashed potatoes. It was very good but I do wish they would bring back the chicken sandwich with the white sauce.

Very very pleasant staff!! I went in to get breakfast and was greeted with a welcome as soon as I entered the door. Food was very fresh and the order was made quickly. Would give this location 10 Stars but google only allowed me to leave five☺

They were very short handed tonight, but I didnt mind the wait. The staff was very friendly and professional.

July 26 2019 The service here has greatly improved as well as the food. Very fast service and extremely welcoming staff. Haven't seen the manager that was there this morning but I hope he stays. He is doing a great job.

August 31 2023 Update: The staff was quite unprofessional tonight yelling and bickering at one another. The cash register was out of reciept paper, so the cashier simply looked at the machine and said it's not working. We received our food pretty quickly considering the lack of professionalism of the staff, I know it's fast food, but it was pretty bad. The overall condition of the restaurant was quite poor. There was trash on the floor throughout the dining area. The drink area was bad enough that I couldn't put my cup down to put a lid on it. The tea was sour and the fries tasted like the oil hadn't been changed in a few days. The burgers were tasty though.

This is the most friendly and happiest crew I've seen in any Jack's. They were warm, courteous and considerate. The manager was friendly, very conversative and a genuine delight to be around. I watched her interview a young man who had applied for a job, and it was a joy to see how she interacted with him. He had two small children with him and she was so compassionate as she conducted the interview. We need more managers like her. The crew reflected her personality and attitude. GREAT JOB!

Happy faces, helpful workers and good food. My husband and I have been to many different Jack's and the employees always have a smile on their faces. We have never had a problem with our food. Always the same great taste no matter which one we stop at. Today we were lucky enough to have chosen the Jack's in Leeds. Great job ladies!

Placed an online order the night before for breakfast to feed 36 guys and when I got there 15 minutes early to pick it up it was on the counter waiting at 5:45 AM. Pretty impressive.

My favorite place to eat. Good burgers and the best fried chicken in town. They also have good slaw and sides. I mix a little Duke's mayonnaise in the mashed potatoes and it makes them better. The people are always nice and I feel safe eating at Jack's!

This is a new store. It has a whole new design theme and has cushion seats with cushion backs. Service was fast and quick. Staff was very friendly. The store was very clean. A very nice thing was there were six separate electrical outlets in the seating area for use in charging phones or laptops.

I love Jack's! This place is packed early morning in the drive thru on a Sunday but crew are killin' it! Still have that A+ customer service! They were so busy that they misunderstood our orders but they're so polite and nice to acknowledge and correct it! I love their iced coffee and their chocolate milkshake! For bfast y'all have to try their pancake platter! The best!

Great 12-pc fried chicken dinner. Chicken was hot and crispy and the biscuits were fantastic. Ordering online was seamless too.

We love Jack's! We do not have one where we live so getting to eat here when we travel is always a treat. The service here was great and we received our food very fast. The dining room was very clean as well as the restrooms.

I was having a rough morning today, and when I went to Jacks the sweet lady in the drive thru made my day so much better! She didn’t do anything specifically but her general demeanor and actions made me feel better!

Always fresh, friendly service. Dine in receive extra care, attention, and happy to meet any need and anticipate your wishes without having to ask. Best place in west leeds to eat for sure. There's not a lot of options in westside close to downtown so they don't have to be so catering but they are and that's rare these days especially for quick service restaurants.

We're from out-of-state, & just traveling through, and this was the best stop we made our whole trip! Mark, the cashier was so friendly, funny, and helpful! As we had never tried Jack's before, he gave us a great tour of the menu, and made our visit a 10/10! Wish we lived near this Jack's! We'd be here all the time! (AND they have chewable ice!)

First time diner. I liked it. Fries were great. Burger was new and very good. I recommend. There was more on the menu than I could get but fingers and chicken sandwich on the list when I return.

Always go back to Jack's. Jack's please make sure your biscuits are completely done. Please don't loose what had made you great. Great food and great customer service. Keep hitting it out of the ball park.
