Great place to go too and the people that work there are very nice and helpful. They help you find things you can't find. They are always happy there. 😄

The location is not far from our building and used to stay open late but might be closed earlier in the evening now!

Good staff, a little slow with some things due to Management. The pharmacy was friendly and always helpful and as fast as they could be (driveway leading up to it is a little weird lol but it works). Everyone who works here is super friendly. It seems understocked but I think they get stolen from a lot unfortunately.
Since it's open 24/7, night time can be a bit shady but during the day I love it. And honestly it's really nice to have something close to home that's actually open 24/7. What happened to that anyways??!! We need more.
Overall good experiences here

*Edit: it’s improved a lot! I don’t have to call anymore, and they definitely have more staff, but it’s still not the fastest*

They’re severely understaffed in a very popular area. I usually wait a week to get half my prescriptions filled. So I have to call multiple times, to get the rest of my prescriptions filled. Which means waiting on the phone for an hour, no matter the time of day. And there’s always a long line in person.
The pharmacists are always kind, despite being obviously overworked. The workers are doing the best they can.
But I need to go to a different pharmacy.

Its getting very hard to use. Always a line. Inside or out. Make sure you get your own name and address. I was handed my name but different address. It wasn't mine. I don't mind the regular shopping. Some good deals with the Walgreens card.

I want to love it for the drive thru option, which is uncommon if you're not in the suburbs. But the wait here is chronically long. Current wait time this morning on the telephone was just shy of an hour. The drive thru is pretty typical right now. There were 6 cars in front of me when I pulled up and 18 minutes later there are still 5. This place needs a major boost to their staffing levels. Prescriptions called in from a provider that should be ready rarely are until you wait in line and tell them you actually do want it. If you have to go here, bring a book and your patience.

There is no good time to pick up a prescription here. Their automated refill service doesn’t actually process refills, and there’s never enough techs at the counter (despite them being piled into that back room like sardines) for an easy experience. I think this place might be cursed- the combination of “low” staffing, uncaring pharmacists, and technical issues make this place a unique torture chamber for anyone who is the misfortune of this being their home pharmacy. I hope something happens to get this place into shape.

I dropped off a prescription for two pain relievers, which I would think would be flagged as important. I was told 20 minutes and I returned in 45 minutes to be told they were out of one of the drugs. I asked them to double-check and they suddenly found the drugs. They told me 15 minutes and I returned in 20. They then told me another 15 minutes. Nice enough but my wife is sitting at home in pain after surgery waiting for these nice people and their poor attention to detail.

The people behind the counter are lovely, but Walgreens has not given them any support. I’ve currently been on hold for 2 1/2 hours, because, per my dr, if I hadn’t heard from them by today, I needed to call and remind them that I need prior authorization. Much respect to the employees, who are doing their best, but I’m switching to another pharmacy that, while also busy, had never made me wait on hold for more than 2 hours. No offence meant, but please do better Walgreens Co.

It is terrible. The worst service I have seen. Terrible up front and terribly understaffed in the pharmacy. St Paul corner drug is right down the street.

Inexcusable.

There should ALWAYS be a minimum of FOUR clerks and two pharmacists in the pharmacy. One pharmacist and two clerks is not enough for the volume of people you guys get. Nor is three clerks.

Your staff is great and hardworking. You need to hire and have more people employed at the same time. Dont wring them dry in order to have less staff on hand. Absolutely ridiculous how backed up you guys get due to such greedy employment practices.

You have three cash registers at the front of the pharmacy and two at the drive through. Why on earth do you think with your customer volume its acceptable to only have three clerks working back there at a time??
