The staff is courteous, helpful and very informative. Since I was in a unique situation where my rental timeline kept on changing the staff kept me informed of all the deadlines and let me know when to contact the insurance company to extend the rental agreement. They brought the car to the body shop and asked me to leave the car there. I am highly impressed with their professionalism and customer service.

Great price. I truly appreciated the upgrade to a larger vehicle. During the trip, we had an issue with a slow leak in one of the tires and their roadside assistance people were helpful. We were able to resolve the issue with only a small disruption to our trip. Looking forward to the next time we rent with Enterprise in Chantilly, VA.

Kaitlin was really great. She was super efficient, friendly, and helpful. I had several issues including leaving my son's game console in the car when I returned and they quickly got back to me stating they found it which I dearly appreciated not having to spend another couple hundred dollars on top of the vacation we just got back from.
There's car was 4 out of 5 stars only because we had to return the first van we rented due to a broken rear wiper; but Kaitlin was quick to save the day and make things right.
Will definitely be back.

My agent was Nicole at the Chantilly location where the Cadillac dealer is. She was pleasant, efficient and very helpful. I had several customers in front of me and she got us all out quickly. I will continue to use Enterprise because of her, she was a pleasure to work with. Her service was outstanding! You should be rewarded for having such employees.

I am very Grateful to Shane Neiderer for his outstanding customer service! I recommend this location for any commercial vehicle rental needs. This gentleman put me in the vehicle that met my needs and he even went above and beyond my expectations. As I was taking all my tools from my commercial vehicle into my rental he insisted in helping me load my rental even though it was blistering cold outside and without me asking for help. Its folks like Shane, that really make a difference in me choosing where to go for my rental car needs. I tip my hat off to you Shane! Thank You!!!

I had an excellent experience at enterprise. I dealt with Casey for the most part and he and his associates were super friendly and provided the best customer service. I reside in Springfield but will continue to come to Chantilly any time I need a vehicle strictly based on my experience.

We have rented from this location several times for road trips. The staff is top notch! Always pleasant to talk to, they're professional, and they do what they can with upgrades using the Costco upgrade coupon. They're our go-to car rental location.

I like to start off saying enterprise is the truth, and the guys at chantilly branch are some of the best customer service providers I've dealt with in a very very long time. I appreciate all and how they serve up humanity, respect, and respond to the public. I know great deal about serving the people of the world, I've been in it in many positions serving the public and going above and beyond is my specialty, and even though it was a slight problem that came up these guys did just that. They wanted to see me happy with my experience. I like to keep the details because folks need to experience them for themselves as there are many scenarios that may occur. My insurance company use this location for a loaner while my car was being cared for. Staff very professional and friendly. Got a quality rental quickly and efficiently. Picked me up from my home as scheduled.

Excellent Customer service!!!! Went to this Enterprise after a bad expeirnce with the one on Stonecroft. I was in an unusual situation with my car in the shop (not Moore Cadillac) and Kathleen worked with me. I would highly recommend this location!!

Excellent service. Very helpful staff. Finding where it is in the building was tricky though. They had enterprise car rental, truck rental, Geico body shop, Cadillac dealership all in the same building.

I've rented from this location two times and both times the rental car and service has been excellent. There are several Enterprise offices in my area but this location is #1 on my list.

They were busy but attentive. Car was exactly what I reserved and I was on my way quickly. Great customer service and very convenient.
