Perry's Bait & Tackle

Stopped in here while on Christmas vacation, I have been dying to go crab fishing. The gentlemen behind the counter was top notch and very informative and helpful. He didn't guarantee success based on the time of year but set me up anyway. Even gave me a couple spots to try. We ended up catching 3, it was the best day. Great local store with a lot of unique tackle and fishing products. This is an excellent place to get your live bait and anything you may need for fishing. You will find awesome customer service. Perry's Bait & Tackle is a must-see and is a store that resembles the fishing history of Murrells Inlet.

WOW, great restaurant!!! Love the food. Wonderful service. Sat outside on the deck on a bright sunny day. Noticed that each of the long tables inside the restaurant have a different dog designs on each one. Great place! Must go there.

This is always our 1st stop ! Amazing people the young lady working recommended spots to fish from land , bait and she even tied up our fishing rods and she is charter captain we will be booking a fishing trip soon . Also Bonus we caught fish . There’s a reason people keep coming back !

Came in one day, bought a rod + reel, everything was perfect. The reel started reversing and would not lock so i brought it back. The lady was more then happy to help and gave me a whole new real for FREE because their equipment messed up. They treat all customers amazingly, and will help you get/find everything you need. Highly recommend

What a great place. They always have the bait I need and their hours are perfect. The staff is knowledgeable and quick to assist. I drive up from Charleston regularly to fish shallow structure in the inlet and pass several shops because Perry's has my business.

By for a the best bait and tackle Shop I have visited and I have visited quite a few. Everybody there was just so freakin amazing. I bought a full set up for flounder and just out of courtesy and kidness they throw in a few things. If you want to know where to fish and what to catch stop at Perry's. Pricing was very decent they not looking to price gouge either. I caught my 1st baby shark with their setup.. THANK YOU SO MUCH HAD FUN. You guys will see me every year when I come back to Myrtle Beach.

Very well stocked and cute bait shop. Best part is, guy named Mike filleted our catch right there at the shop and explained to us how to do it. He showed us his trick to deboning and getting all the meat! He was knowledgeable about good locations around town. You can tell he really loves the outdoors.

Voted one of the best bait and tackle shop in the area. They carry a large variety of tackle and have the freshest bait. Very convenient as we keep our boat at Crazy Sister marina. Summertime weekend hours are 5am to 9pm. Check with the shop first. Highly recommend.

When no one has live shrimp around Little River 9 out of 10 times Perry's have them. Yes I drive two hours round trip.

Made an appointment online and they were ready for me right when I got there. Staff is very welcoming and personable. You can tell all of the locals know and like them. We were visiting and they made us feel right at home. Will def be back here next year. 5+ star service and southern hospitality at its best

My friend and I were camping at Huntington Beach State Park and went into Perry's for bait and info. We not only were put on the right bait and tackle but was provided insight on how to fish the jetty and surf at Huntington as well. We took our bait and jigs that were recommended and did just as we were instructed and caught an incredible amount of fish. Super friendly and spot on knowledge, will always come back here on the return visits to the area.

Very cozy little place ! Found all I needed and great service! Now my 15 yr old says he wants to work there!! 😊
