AQUINO'S Japanese Steakhouse and Sushi Bar

Dined in the sushi bar, and Aquino’s simply can’t be matched! All the food is so fresh and clean, that you don’t feel too bad for over indulging. 😋 The chefs go above and beyond to accommodate the customer’s needs, and our server was awesome! We ordered a ton of different options and shared our picks family style. Even though this building (formally Miyabi’s) had changed names a few times recently, the food quality matches the same standard that it always has - perfection. I’ve been dining at this location since my mother was pregnant with me, and I’m 29 now, so that’s saying something! Always happy to enjoy a meal here!

Ps- You can order hibachi in the sushi bar if someone in your party isn’t a fan of sushi, and they offer fully cooked sushi rolls as well (check out the Kentucky Roll)!

This is easily one of the best Japanese steakhouses I've ever been to! The food was delicious! I got the steak and hibachi chicken and it came with the biggest pile of fried rice I've ever seen in my life! It was delicious too! The waiter was attentive and quick to take our orders and refill our drinks. And the cook we had was hilarious and made it a fun experience for all. It's pricey but well worth it. I'll be back hopefully next year when we come again for vacation! Thanks for a fantastic experience! My family and I enjoyed it immensely!

This was the best hibachi I’ve had in a very long time! Our chef, Elliot, was amazing and put a nice show and made some great food cooked to exactly the way weWanted! Will definitely make this my go to hibachi place. #hachiyaMI #buzzybooth

We have eaten here several times and always have fun! It's a great atmosphere and very lively! It is a bit loud and you sit with others at a table that seats 8. But it's great to meet people and interact with the chef cooking your meal. The food is good and it's a good price for the quantity you get.

BEST JAPANESE HIBACHI STEAKHOUSE & SUSHI BAR in AMERICA! We celebrated a birthday with friends, and had the perfect dinner together. The bartender started our night off right with selections from their Charity Wine List that benefits the local community cancer patients, pet shelters, and food banks, amazing! We had sushi appetizers that were the best we've had all year. The waiter had our order with drinks, salad, and soup ready with great service. Our Hibachi chef was funny, professional, and a great cook. We will be back again for Early Bird 430-6pm & 1/2 price sushi!

Family took me there for my Birthday. First time there,loved it. Robert was are Cook and he put on a Awesome show with a delicious meal. Grandsons were so excited,it's their favorite place to go out to eat now. We'll definitely be back.

Every time we go to beach we eat here. Service and food has always been good. Our cook this time was very engaging with us. There was 3 kids at the table so he done a little extra for them. I made reservations the night before so we didn’t have to wait but a few minutes to get seated. A+

Made reservations and was seated a short time after our reservation time.Our Chief Jimbo Slice was amazing and food was to perfection!! The temperature inside was a little to warm for my preference but hey it has been 100 degree days or higher. I will say they had placed fans though out trying to help. My overall experience was delightful and highly recommend.

This was our first time eating here and it was absolutely wonderful. Customer service is the best and the food was delicious. They celebrate birthdays with the customers and make it fun. I recommend it for a date or family night out.

Haven't found a place here in Horry County that has sushi and hibachi like New England until today. Jeff was out hibachi chef. He was hilarious 😂 and the food came out perfect! Ordered sushi, 3 rolls and 3 pieces of ell. Perfection! Celebrating my birthday and a friend's as well. My bill was covered, so I can't say too much on prices. Yet when looking at the menu, prices seemed average. Looked around restaurant and seen their sushi bar. Looked inviting, and I was told the sushi chefs speak English too. Looking forward to coming back. FOUND MY SUSHI PLACE!!!

Delicious food! My husband and I used to live in Savannah, GA and our favorite restaurant was Miyabi's. This location also used to be Miyabi's so I was hoping the good quality and volume was consistent with what we had experienced prior to the name change. We weren't disappointed! Same amazing quality and same generous serving sizes!

This is my second time having sushi. I fought it my whole life! Mesmerizing being able to watch the guys making the sushi in front of us. It was so fresh and well put together and it tasted amazing. My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our meal along with the warm sake that was served with our meal.

Awesome food and Take was great at our super fresh sushi order! We always get a Philly roll and we tried the Ocean roll. SO GOOD. Would go back just for that! The chicken teriyaki was also good. A little too sweet for my liking but the boyfriend loved it.

Excellent meal as always although our table had mainly younger people and all they did was texting on their phones. They didn’t engage with the chef at all. I felt bad for the chef.

Everything was delicious! The Chef was entertaining and interacted well with my kids. He even made the rice look like Mickey Mouse. The bathrooms and restaurant were very clean. Would definitely recommend. Great service. #hachiyaMI #buzzybooth

I'm from Chicago and they need to step up their game food was ok nothing to jump out at me our cook didn't offer many options lack of knowledge or cultural experience hmm.? I had to ask for ginger sauce like he was clueless that's just basic portions were not what I expected nor used to. He was friendly but let's be real with a 200% markup on veggies could you spare some? Yikes

Had a party of 20, food excellent, chefs are very entertaining. Had a wonderful time!
