I went in and it was packed last night. I am used to standing there for ever to look for a part. Well Ashley was slamming them out the door and found my stuff fastest I've ever had! That girl is amazing and I watched her break down that line fast. I will be back to that store because of her. Keep doing what you doing girl.

Love this store very helpful employees and it's like a toy store for grown men I could go broke here every week and I pretty much mean that yes things are expensive but it's not the stores fault things are just expensive and when you sell top of the line items you pay a lot! Either way a great store with great help what more do you need when shopping for auto parts!

They had the battery I needed in stock. Friendly service. No complaints. The battery was $20 cheaper than advance auto parts, so that's a plus. Haven't really used them much over the years but when I needed something, they had it.

Friendly staff came and plugged into my car. Told me what the fault code was told me what I need to do to fix it. Super friendly and very affordable

Service is great. The staff are so friendly. When I shop I love to joke and kid around the staff are the same way but serious about doing there job and finding the parts in need.

Always really helpful and knowledgeable. I know most answers come up on their computer screen but they also know some stuff which is nice when buying parts and not wanting to make 3 trips back to the store

Went to a O Riley's 1st. 8 people in line one person at the register and counter. Went to Auto Zone was asked if I could be helped by 1 of 4 people available as I walked in the door. Just recovering from shoulder surgery. Bought new wiper blades asked them if they could put them on. They cheerfully helped. As I was leaving saw 2 or 3 people that I had seen at o'reillys pulling in to auto zone.

I've been shopping for my auto parts here since I was 16 and had my first car. now I am 50 and still shop here it's my go to place , like a week ago I was outta state and the power steering pulley exploded it was fiberglass factory on my 97 Ford ranger they not only had the pulley on stock but they loaned me the puller to put it on and helped me get water from the garage next door because it soit the belt off and over heated needing some water..
