Marlena at the Barton Creek Square AT&T is so outstanding! Seriously, this woman is a customer service expert.

I'd been struggling with some In store reps & on the phone nonsense with AT&T – felt like I was talking to people who just pretended to care . Marlena is unique and actually read the situation,so i wouldn't repeat myself ! I couldn't believe she took the time to understand where I was coming from.

Then, she broke everything down for me in a way that actually made sense.! Finally, someone who gets it.

Honestly, because of her, I've totally changed my mind about going to an actual store instead of dealing with stuff online. I Don't like going in person but I will go to this AT&T ,Thank you Marlena

Erika is a fantastic associate who saved us a TON of money! She effortlessly handled troubleshooting issues with my phone and efficiently handled changes and questions we had about our account. I wouldn’t hesitate to return to this store and recommend it without reservations.

I went in late last night to switch cell service and Alec jumped right in ready to get it done. He helped me knock it out quickly and did so with a smile on his face, despite it being the end of the work day. I’m not from around here and most of the people I’ve met from Austin have been less than pleasant to deal with, but Alec surprised me with his cheery and optimistic demeanor!

Give Alec a raise! Again, thank you Alec! You made a somewhat daunting task easy to deal with.

Leslie, the manager, spent time helping me update accounts, change plans and answered every question I had. She was patient and helpful, all together awesome.

Fernando assisted me at the Barton Creek Square location in Austin. He was super helpful and responsive to my questions. Extremely satisfied with my visit!

The guy was helpful and friendly. Said I could come back to not only get my device set up but also the screen protectors and such.

I am writing this review based on customer service alone. I did not purchase a phone from this store because they did not have the exact phone I was looking for in stock the day I broke the lower 1/3 of the screen on my old phone.
I called this store because at the time of this review it is a corporate store. I spoke to Roy and told him the circumstance with my old phone and the phone I was looking to trade up to. He said he did not have that exact phone in stock but checked other corporate stores in Austin for it and saw the south Austin store showed 2 in stock. He gave me their phone number and said to call him back if they didn't actually have them in store to find another option. South Austin didn't have it so I called Roy back and he said the next store was in Kyle, gave me their number, called down to confirm they had it, and they held the phone for me.
Roy gave me EXCELLENT customer service even though I was not buying the phone from him. This level of customer service is rare these days and even rarer at cell phone stores.

I can’t say enough about the customer service at this store. My family has been loyal to this location for YEARS. Most of the time our experiences have been beyond pleasant, and that’s why we return for new purchases and continue our service with AT&T. Today Elijah helped me out with an issue without concerning himself wether I was going to purchase something or not. He took the time to explain how to fix my issue and assisted me downloading something that would be helpful as well. I asked to speak with a manager because I wanted to share my experience and satisfaction as a longtime customer, I was happy to see that he made himself available to listen to me and appreciated the feedback.

I was a loyal customer of a separate phone company for about 10 years, then I switched to another one. As I was looking for a secondary phone/business line...I knew AT&T was the way to go. So I went to the store prepared with what plan and phone(s) I wanted and was willing to accept. I have to say, out of the 3 major telecom players, this was my best experience within a store, service but more importantly just customer success/service. Shelby C., was an amazing Sales Consultant. I am honestly surprised she isn't running the store, or a store! She was empathetic, kind, helpful and willing to go above and beyond!

I had so many problems when i went to apple and they were not very helpful- how surprising. Alec helped me fix the problem i'm under 3 minutes- and he was super helpful and fun to talk to while my phone was updating- he even put it on the charger for me 12/10 customer service- i will be back to see y'all if i have any more problems or questions!

I came to this location (Austin 78746) because it was the nearest to my work. I was completely overwhelmed with the issues my new phone was giving me and after working a 13 hour shift this was the last place I wanted to be. I walked in almost 5 minutes prior to closing time with a frustrating phone issue. The sales associate Gabe greeted me with a warm, friendly attitude and was eager to help me. It took Gabe (and his colleague) 15 minutes to figure out the problem, fix it, and send me on my way. I had been to the Round Rock location (Austin 78717) twice in the pst two days and all they did was send me on my way stating “it will correct itself.” I would highly recommend this AT&T store. Great customer service from both gentlemen! Thanks again!!

We received stellar service from Anthony at the Barton Springs Mall AT&T. He managed to save us close to $200/month after applying all the discounts that the last ATT representative told us we would get but did not come through with. He had a great sense of humor and was not flustered by the fast pace of the store. I highly recommend.

Literally, Miguel is the best at customer service!! He spent four hours setting up an account so my parents would have phones with us. He went above and beyond, he never got a bad attitude, he handled every issue and created ways to solve problems we didn’t even know existed. He was able to transfer our account that was consumer but under a business market and get my parents consumer account onto the same bill. It was a Herculean effort and we are so so grateful! What an incredible employee
