This is the best shop in West St. Paul. Rick and staff are honest a fair.
I had a flat tire that I was expecting to drop off and come back to pick up later in the day. However, Rick jumped right up and had his team take care of it right while I waited. Wasn't even ten minutes and they told me the repair was done and I was all set.
GREAT customer service at a fair price!

You won't catch me at Discout Tire. This is the place to go. They take care of you and they don't mess around.

Have purchased new tires and had brake work done by them along with routine oil changes. I know they don't lie about work needing to be done when it doesn't as they have put my car up, blown he Dust out and told me my brakes didn't need to be replaced and sent me on my merry way. I 100% trust them to be honest about what needs to be done on my vehicle and how much it will cost. They are honest and nice.

Rick, the owner, and his mechanics are awesome, to say the least. They weren't going to be able to get me in for an appointment for car repair till a week out but told me I could bring my car in right away for inspection and determined it was too unsafe for me to drive, so they repaired it that day for my safety. They were honest and fair priced for the job done!! Thanks guys for going above and beyond to keep me safe!!

Needed a bead broken on a single tire they told me to just bring it in. I showed up with the tire 10 minutes later and 3 minutes later I was out the door. Excellent customer service much appreciated.

Outstanding job!! I 1st heard of them by doing a simple oil change. They mailed me a few discounts and I was really short on money at the time, but I needed to replace all 4 wheels and one of the coupons has expired. I contacted them explaining that one of my coupons expired, and they were willing to help me out and still fulfill the coupon. After making an appointment, I mentioned that my blade whips needed to be changed. They offered to change them for me. The bottom lines is:

Rick, the owner was so great with me! I had a tire repair I needed done, same day so I could get to work in the morning... before I called Hometown Tire, I called 7 other places that were not willing to do my repair until next day or next week most of them. Rick told me to bring it right in, he got his guys on it immediately and I was in and out the door in 20 mins. Cost was a few dollars less than the others also! Hometown Tire patched my tire and identified a faulty valve stem seal. They helped me out same day. I paid the quoted price and the repair was good quality. They also provided a recommendation for a set of tires for another vehicle I own, providing a quote for the sale and installation.
