To the ones who came to North Sandusky Beach 08/18/2018 (in only 11 minuets) and rescued my husband ‘Denny’ off of our pontoon, well I cannot thank you enough.

They were great, we're a good host for Franklin County Illinois EMA Hazmat Drill.

I have Covid and husband now having symptoms too my mother in law needed to go to hospital so they show up and then start asking why couldn’t we take her and what is wrong with the cars in driveway. #1. When you call an ambulance last I knew it’s there job to respond not to ask why another person couldn’t take you. #2. It’s not your business about any cars that may be in driveway this was two guys and very unprofessional. Do your job or find one that suits you because I don’t think this one does.

The EMT's that arrived at the scene of my accident were very unprofessional and had awful bedside manner. They did not help me up off the ground. My boyfriend had to do it. Then once we were inside the ambulance, I was asked why I was going to the hospital when my car had "minimal damage". My complaints were neck and back pain and no c-collar was ever out on me. This was an awful expiration considering I was in shock from an accident. I hope these two never have to care for any of your loved ones!

Somebody driving one of these ambulances very slowly passed through a devastating car crash without stopping and offering assistance. The man in the accident had a pulse at the time they passed through, however once the county ambulance arrived several minutes later, he did not. I get it might not be “their job”, but I can’t help but wonder had they offered some assistance, he may still be alive. He was 26 years old. RIP.

I wouldn't have them take me anywhere. Very unprofessional.
