Jame was so sweet. Gave our service dog a cup for water. Even offered him and ice cream cone. You know just when you think the world is going to hell a very sweet cashier makes your day. A very clean quiet place to catch a bite. Our food was hot, fresh and delicious.

We stopped in today (5/20/20) and dining inside is closed due to COVID-19. But, we walked in to make our order and the staff was wonderful! Friendly, professional- got the order perfectly correct. Very welcoming and a clean store. Extremely pleasant young lady took our order, made sure we got ketchup, salt etc. The food was FRESH and HOT and absolutely DELICIOUS! There were four of us, and we had a rough, long day because we had to take my mom to a serious appointment with a neurosurgeon at Mayo Clinic. It was around 2:40 p.m. and we hadn’t eaten since breakfast when we left Orlando to head to Jacksonville. So it was just so nice to be so warmly welcomed, nicely treated and served hot, delicious food. It was something the staff does all the time, but it really made our day. Thank you so much.

Went through the drive thru and the young lady Kehlani in the back window was awesome! Super sweet! Quick and professional! She deserves all the raises and blessings! Love you boo! ❤

The food at this location off marsh landing has so far been hot and fresh. And the employees here are polite.

This location always is incredibly fast and the fries are always 100% crispy and fresh!

I have always been a Fan of McDonalds food, breakfast, lunch, and dinner! This is the closest location to my house, so I come here often. The employees here are extremely pleasent and friendly. Decent customer service as well. My favorite meal here is the quarter pounder deluxe, and I like the sausage mcmuffin and sausage burittos for breakfast. I normally drive through, (thats why I don't have any pictures of the interior) and there is normally about a 5 to 10 minute wait for the food (this location is extremely busy) but it's never that bad. Overall, this is one of the nicest McDonalds locations I have been to and I will continue going to this place. I highly reccomend all McDonalds restaurants, and this location is no exception.

Food was really good, fries were super hot and salty yum. The young woman who hand us are food was delightful and cheerful.

Usually come here once a week (I live close by) and I order through the app. Never a problem. The staff is always friendly and very helpful whenever I walk in. The food is always correct and never a miss. I ask for extra stuff and they never blink an eye. I know working McDonald’s isn’t easy and I give them credit. Thank you to the McDonald’s crew at this location for being spot on.

I ordered from the app this time and it was smooth sailing, hot fresh food, perfectly salted fries.

The older lady that was running the drive through and on top of everything.

So happy to see that Sr's are given the opportunity there if they need or want it.

I'll tell you what though...her and an older gentleman there hold their own and pump out some good food. Kudos guys.

This is the best McDonald's I have ever been to. The employees are super polite, and the service is crazy fast. The food is hot and fresh, and this is the true meaning of fast food. From ordering to getting the food is less than 5 minutes. Keep up the awesome work you people are the best at your jobs.

Miss Elsa in the drive thru is the sweetest woman in the world! She always makes me smile when I visit and all the other staff have given amazing customer service as well. The fries are always hot and fresh and I have never gotten a wrong order here. The best McDonald's by far!

This McDonald's location is very nice and clean. The food is McDonald's food! We all grew up eating McDonald's hamburgers and nuggets!

This is the only McDonald's that my wife and I will go to. This McDonald's is located at 317 Marsh Landing Parkway, Jacksonville Beach, Florida 32250. Always busy , food is fresh, and fries are always hot. Make sure you use the McDonald's app to get great deals and save money . I always use the 20% deal to save.

Mrs. Elsa was amazing! Of course a drive thru experience isn't a long one but she made mine and my family's a great one. She was so nice. She interacted with our kids. My 2 year old daughter just loved her. A very sweet lady that got our order correct and delivered in a timely manner all while putting a smile on our face and making a memorable moment. Never any issue with this McDonald's but we always use drive through. Accurate orders and usually very friendly staff. This time ordered a cold mocha frappe---so addictive if you like coffee and chocolate combo. My husband can rarely pass by a McDonald's without stopping to order one. Yum.

The first McDonald’s I’ve ever been to that has great customer service! Everyone is so nice and I always get everything in my order including my sauces. I will be returning.
