I'll start by saying I am biased and absolutely love Ikea. That said, this place is very clean and well organized. I like that it is only 1 floor as the 2 floor places with elevators and escalators can be alot. It's also very convenient that the restaurant is located about halfway through the path, so if you're hungry or need a break you can sit down and eat if you want. Also a great place to plan what you're picking up in the warehouse before checking out. I had to pickup some furniture my last 2 visits and the staff working the furniture pickup area are always polite and friendly. So far no negative experience at this location

25 minutes was not enough time in this place. We only had that time before our reservation would be available for dinner for our 4th wedding anniversary. I highly suggest spending more time here. We came here for glasses and ended up with a stuffed animal (dog) bigger than my son and wood hangers. Also saw this wrapping and inspection table and thought it was neat (never seen it before).

I had an excellent shopping experience at IKEA Jacksonville! From the moment I walked in, the store was well-organized and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. I was specifically impressed by the wide selection of furniture and home goods – it seemed like there was something for every style and budget. The showroom was inspirational, neatly displaying various room setups that sparked tons of ideas for my own home. Checkout was a breeze too, despite the store being busy. What's more, the Swedish meatballs in the cafeteria were just the cherry on top of a successful shopping day. I definitely recommend this IKEA for anyone looking to furnish their home with stylish, affordable options!

Excellent outdoor dining set (Bondholmen). Solid Eucalyptus wood. Easy to put together. Remember to line up the (4) leg supports and push each a little bit at a time. Recommended.

As weird as this may sound but you are my happy place! Well, actually I have several happy places around town but you're one of them haha!
It's such a big store. You can get lost if it wasn't for the signs guiding you but even with those, it's still easy to get turned around sometimes.
I love how you can find a bunch of marked down prices and they have good foods and the employees are really nice. It's a great store to find stuff for storage and you'll find all kinds of kitchen tools and supplies. Coffee presses and pretty dining ware. Stuff for kids rooms and storage and just a lot of stuff. You have to go several times to really get the layout of their inventory because it's pretty big. By the way, at night Ikea has such a Cool view outside right when the sun goes down and it rains. I took some pics of it. Just thought it would be cool to share. 😃😄

By the way, if you are blind or visually impaired using voice over or voice to text and it doesn't describe the pics. There are three photos that I shared of the parking lot facing the street. Ikea's parking lot is really big so the street is a distant view. So you will mostly just see the skyline, or the sun's last glow as it's laying down to sleep in the night. The top part of the photo is a dark blue, mostly cloudless, skies, then it turns pink and then yellow. On the left side of the photo there's a couple of palm trees, a few dark clouds, a few small clouds breaking off of a larger one. And a couple of street lamps with their lights glowing. And the glow of the lights go down to the parking lot pavement. The entire lot is shimmering from the reflection of the lights and water from the rains. It has a really glowing, shimmering look. The second and third pics are pretty much the same except they are facing more of the left side of the lot where you don't see the sun glow but you'll see more dark clouds. And shimmering street lights and palm trees.

Great place. The kids loved the Mac and cheese. They also loved the chicken tenders and fries.

Ikea is an experience whether it's your first or 50th visit. There's a very tasty and affordable cafeteria style restaurant in the middle of the store. If you only want a meal, then you can go around the left of the store and go straight to the cafe. A smaller snack area is right by the exit with touch to order screens. Not to mention the ever-changing room decor and merchandise.

IKEA is absolutely great, multiple options to choose from, they have indoor and outdoor decor, furniture as well as multiple color themes and options. It’s in a great location, and plenty of parking place! I come here at least once a month to see what’s new and I always leave with something. The workers and staff are very friendly and helpful, and their prices are reasonable. Definitely recommend stopping by if you haven’t already!

Great way to take care of every room in your home. From the kitchen to the bathroom and everything in between.

First visit to this Store location. I had not been in a IKEA in 15 years, since I left Texas. I love this store brand. This location was very nice, clean, organized and packed with all things Home Furnishings. We ordered a book shelf online and was able to pick it up next day. Their pickup was efficient and quick. We picked up a few other items. They also have a scratch and dent area. You surely will not be disappointed when you visit.

Where should I start? Easy access parking, well marked directions to guide you through the maze of over 25 themed marketing focuses. Thorough coverage of each targeted area of your home. The staging almost seemed at times like someone was living in that section, but not so perfect that seemed over realistic. We didn’t eat there this trip, but I did see people carry the food to tables. It looked impressive. I’m certain we’ll be back again.

Went on a Monday evening 1.5 hr before closing. The store was empty except for about 10 customers and a dozen employees. We strolled around and enjoyed the decorum and inspriation for designing/decorating our new home. There are portable sanotizer stations throughout and kiosks to help guide customers through finding merchandise and applying for project Ikea credit cards. What thoroughly aided our endeavor to find items were the small kids play station areas throughout.
All employees were courteous and helpful. Make sure to snap a pic or write down the item numbers as you shop in order to pull your items at the end of your jourmey. Highly recommend this place for folks looking to spruce up their spaces. Restaurant inside does close at 8pm in case you are needing a bite. There are Buddy Fruits, cookies and drinks at the registers as well.

As a family we always enjoy IKEA! We love walking around and viewing the showrooms. The kids love the frozen yogurt. I love finding good quality, low priced items for our beautiful home.

We come here every week to take advantage of their Ikea family food specials and free coffee. The current cafeteria staff are all so wonderful and even with increased foot traffic and workloads, they treat us with grace and a smile.

I love going to IKEA. This store huge and you can spend a large part of the day in it. It’s filled with things you can buy and ideas for your home. I like seeing the little rooms they have put together. Really helps me get good ideas for my own home. Also, the have a ton of unique and innovated things you can buy here. Everything is exclusive to IKEA so you won’t find anything to be the same as another store.

I really enjoy walking IKEA to get ideas about home decorating, or to see some of the "new" home furnishings that are available. Also, there is a cafeteria about mid-way through so you can grab a quick bite to eat or just take a break. It's a fun experience!

I was too tired and it was confused. I made an informed decision based on what I could see. But, it wasn't laid out for a guy like me.

Hej! I’m so happy we have an IKEA store in Jacksonville Florida. We just went shopping for a dresser today and found exactly what needed - at a great price and in the color we wanted. Now to test my assembly skills again. Piece of cake. IKEA has some awesome seasonal items and it’s always fun to have a meal there too. Quite tasty and very reasonable.

First time going. Well organized and they have child care for up to an hour for potty trained kids. Wife had been wanting to go for forever and finally took her. Just make sure you wrote down which items you like and want to grab. Most of the bigger items are at the end of the store and they have kiosk that you can use to find where the items are located.
