Paint Dept efficiently got me in & out with no probs. Especially friendly & accommodating. The lady that helped me was funny & engaging. She reminded me about acetone for nail polish😎 Thanx🤣

This Home Depot has super helpful staff and it’s easy to get in and out of. Great location. Great service. Also they have sausages outside some days + Philly cheese steaks but they only take cash. Absolutely delicious

Joey in the garden center is the best employee I have encountered at Home Depot. He is personable, positive, and super helpful. He helped me load 20 bags of mulch and garden soil in my car today and I appreciated it so much. You are lucky to have him as an employee for the last 7 years.

Andi at the Home Depot location in Jacksonville Beach was extremely helpful. Very plesant and knowledgeable. She really cared about helping us find the best product and the best deal. Thank you for a job well done Andi.

I've done a lot of reviews of Homedepot, and every time, I have to say, "The best hardware store."

One of the better Home Depot's I've been to, there was plenty of staff working and I was able to get help with what I needed right away.

Alyssa at the service desk took the time to call another Home Depot location to locate what I was looking for and was put on hold but kept trying to get a hold of someone and finally did who held a DeWalt 60 volt blower for me which I just picked up at the other location thanks to Alyssa's efforts. Alyssa at the Jacksonville Beach Home Depot provided outstanding customer service and a great example of what that should be. Thank you.

A convenient must for those remodeling! Saves a trip across the ditch! Was looking for a screen door.

Strong phone signal through out store. Was able to find everything in store as listed in home Depot app. This alone makes my shopping experience awesome. Many other home Depot and Lowe's stores have such poor reception, I have been forced to hunt down an employee for assistance.

Was easy to find what I needed. I was helped by two employees while I was there. Then was able to cut my own wood trim which was very accommodating, good experience!

The garden team outside was so incredibly helpful and friendly! We talked about planting pots and traffic and made each other laugh. It made my trip there quick and fun. I can't wait to create a colorful balcony with these new plants.

Busy store -BEST people. I drove from St. Augustine to pick up cases of tile unavailable at my local store,ordered it from my local store. It was loaded on a pallet,labeled with my name,ready to go. I double checked all cases for correct lot numbers-perfect! While waiting for loading assistance ,Lara(?)from customer service apologized for the wait and told me she had assembled the order and verified lot #. 2 gentlemen loaded the 8 cases carefully into my car(tile was discontinued and these were last 8 cases).
Count me "Home Depot Customer Forever"
