Publix Super Market at Reedy Branch Commons

Open 0700am to 2200pm makes for a very convenient amount of time to shop or prepare to shop after a late shift at work.

The self checkout lines are very fast, easy, and efficient. You know how you look at some places with self checkouts and you think to yourself or out loud. "What is the point of this?"
Well, Publix has it down. They have the right machines, they are easy to use, and your friendly neighborhood store clerk is right there waiting to assist if needed.

Oh, you will also realize we are still experiencing inflation when you go to Publix for milk then go to Walmart for milk and realize the milk price at the gas station you just paid 3.09 per gallon at, that the milk was evenly priced which means it's priced high if all 3 locations are comparable. Not Publix fault. Rather, Publix simply reinforces the inflation argument. Other than that, I love everything about Publix and recommend the store over any other grocery....

I had an excellent experience at the Publix Reedy Branch location, thanks to the exceptional customer service provided by Skyler, Nat, and Jennifer. Each of them went above and beyond to assist with my request, demonstrating not only professionalism but also a genuine willingness to help. Skyler's attention to detail, Nat's friendly demeanor, and Jennifer's prompt and efficient assistance made my visit smooth and pleasant. This team truly exemplifies outstanding customer service. So clean friendly people I'm talking about customer workers so not being cheap just prices are a bit high living on a fixed income but it is still worth it. There chicken we buy there is so good at reedy branch is better than other locations for some reason the other locations aren't as good we love it thank you God bless all 🙏

This review is specifically for Megan the assistant manager. I placed an order weeks ago for chicken wings and tenders and a pull apart cake. Somehow the chicken wings were scheduled the day before my party while the cupcakes and tenders were properly scheduled for the day of. It was on me for not double checking but she took care of me quickly! Then my pull apart cake was iced in the wrong color from what I put on the order. Not only did she personally make sure it was redone, she made a custom color for me I didn't even know was an option. Megan saved my party even when part of it was my fault and she made sure we were taken care of. She's awesome!

There’s truly no competition when it comes to cleanliness, shelves always stocked or being stocked, always help in high volume selling areas.
Where shopping is a pleasure.

Love publix bakery and Boars head brand of cold cuts, Thank you Raphael for reaching that Mucho Mango Arizona Tea for me all the way in the back , he went to get a ladder to be able to reach it .

Employees are friendly and courteous. No cold Pepsi bottles could be found in the store. Even an employee tried looking. none. plenty of others, but no plain Pepsi. only sugar free and flavored drinks.

I just personally want to thank Richard this Sunday morning for taking a poster of my missing dog. He told me he would post it on his employee bulletin board so if a local workers to the area could ideally him. He was very understanding and put himself in the situation telling me he had had this happen to him before. Part of good customer service is also about being empathetic towards customers and not just a profit line. I’m a manager of a privately held retail store as well and I have that chiseled in out team. I’ve been shopping at this location for years and will continue to. Thank you Richard. You’ll make a great GM! BTW Indy has been found and he’s safe healthy and happy. Big favorable grocery store... always fresh with 1,000's of options to buy.

Yesterday I received both my flu and COVID-19 vaccinations at the Publix pharmacy here. The entire staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Actually, this Publix pharmacy is kinda my "home base" for my vaccinations since they are so professional. You will not be disappointed with either the store or the pharmacy.

Ryan went above and beyond for me. I called ahead to see if the had any chicken wings left because it was about closing time, and he did, but as soon as I hung up the phone he said someone took it. I walked in and he immediately asked me if I was the one that called. He told me some people already took it but he dropped FRESH ones for me. He dropped wings for me before I even arrived at the store. He took initiative and had those wings cooking. He dropped fresh chicken wings even though they were about to close. Very kind and thoughtful soul. My husband and I are very appreciative and we enjoyed the wings!

My fiance and I love this publix. The employees are always nice and enjoy making conversation with them at checkout. My most recent positive interaction I had with an employee was when I went to the fresh fish station. I asked them if they had tuna. The woman behind the counter stated they did not have fresh tuna and walked me over to their frozen section where the frozen tuna was. She then told me how to thaw it. This is why I choose publix. The customer service!
