Great service, I needed to change the oil in my car and they did it quite quickly. The only minor downside is that during the oil change, the guys washed the windows and all of them were left with streaks, I think most people wouldn't have noticed or paid attention to it but I’m doing car detailing business so it immediately caught my eye. I had to clean them again, but still I appreciate it. Thank you very much:)

As a solo young car-ignorant woman, I always feel wary in mechanics shops. I have heard horror stories about young women being made a target for extra and unnecessary "fixes." So when the mechanics told me there was an issue with the spark plugs that would cost an extra ~200 dollars, I was uneasy. But, they asked permission, and when I ultimately went into the garage later to ask the questions my car-savvy contact told me to ask, and to take pictures of the damage for my contact to view, they were very kind, easy-going, and accommodating. The car-guy I was talking with gave the thumbs up on their instinct to fix the damage as well! A little critter had chewed at the high-tension spark plug covers 🐁

Ultimately, I think this is a good place to go if you are wary of this sort of thing. You'll have a good experience, and they'll do their best to keep your car safe and up-to-date, and they'll be very polite while doing it. Also, the coffee was good 😊

I've Been going to Grease Monkey since they were in downtown Bothell. They have always given me great service and yes, even though they show me other things that I need or might want, there is never any pressure to buy. I enjoy both of those things.
If you don't know about cars, I highly recommend them.

Pulled in at 5:35. Finished at 5:50. These guys are courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and even warned me to change my tires because the tread is getting low. (I already have an appointment for tomorrow. :) I would recommend Grease Monkey for reliability but also straight up great service. Thanks for taking care of me (and my car)!

They have a smart machine to automatically test leaks for A/C and recharge freon if passed. The relay for A/C was replaced after recharge. Colton refilled and fixed it with a reasonable standard charge within 1 hour. He also said there is a money back guarantee on the freon recharge within 14 days if A/C doesn’t work. I tested A/C pumps out cold air now. Great service for my random drop-in today. Thanks!

By far the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a quick change place.
The guys are friendly, the lobby is nice and cool, and they offer free water and juice while you wait.
I’m will definitely make this my regular place.

Stopped in with what I thought was a "check engine" light turned on. They plugged it in and got no errors, took a look and told me that it was the tire pressure light, not the engine light. Topped off my tires and sent me on my way without a bill! Thank you!

Called in advance and was able to get a price quote up front for an oil change, which was competitive with other places I was looking up. Upon arrival they were able to provide fast and friendly service -- from start to finish it only took about 20 minutes, and they topped off some fluids and made sure the tires were filled to the right pressure. Great experience! Will probably come here for my routine oil changes from now on.

Every time I've been here, these guys have been above and beyond in their professionalism and customer service. They work fast and thoroughly, and I've always been pleased with the results. For oil changes and filter replacements, this shop is my go-to.

I went in for an oil change at the end of their business day. Usually I find that if I go into a business at the end of their day I am treated as an inconvenience although there is no problem taking my money. These guys were happy to see me, I felt, and were able to have me on my way in 20 minutes-I didn't even have time to finish the complimentary Keurig coffee I made. Additionally, I was informed that I had some flakes in my transmission fluid which I was advised to have it changed soon and I agreed as I have a Ford Explorer. I didn't feel I was being pressured into a sale. Lastly everyone I interacted with I found professional. I will go back again. I highly recommend the Kenmore Grease Monkey.

I came here to get an oil change and they were nice and weren't pushy on their recommendations. They did an oil change ,(synthetic) and replaced both plate lights, and vacummed out the car. They accepted an online $10 coupon and it came out to about $104. I definitely trust these guys more than jiffy lube and would go back for simple fixes when I don't want to have to wait for an appointment with my mechanic.

Wonderful 💯, I'm sorry I forget that guy's name but I believe he was the manager. It is nice to know that we have good and ethical quality. Super caring people in this world still. Got a nice quick oil change, they let me know what they checked and what needed serviced. They seem like a very trustworthy team of guys and I'm definitely going to return for my next service. Definitely would recommend to a friend.
