Staff friendly and helpful. Nothing like the big box guitar super centers. Bought two guitars there that I would never have bought at those other places. All because of a sincere hello can I help you. Great place I found by accident. Thought it was a performance center. Dont be afraid to wander in!

These guys were super helpful to me when I came in to have my 12 string restrung! Three people helped me out through the process,,,,all were kind polite and pros.....Tyler ,Issic and Emily were all very cool and went the extra mile to take care of me ! Thanks guys !

My daughter start her guitar classes and I can't be more happier. Her teacher is very professional and patient. Also we feel welcome from staff members, always with a friendly smile.... oh and great prices on instruments. I highly recommend it!

Staff is amazing. My 8yr old son is taking Guitar lessons here. Jon is patient and encouraging, perfect for younger students. My mother says it's like you are watching an episode of Blues Clues! The front desk staff all know my son by name they greet him and make him feel special by asking for his "autograph" in their sign in book. Don is another great instructor for the advanced guitarists.

Was playing guitar for a wedding. I had a string break just before I had to go on, and there was more than a lot of chaos and anxiety over the performance being delayed. Also in a crunch to make it to another gig with my band shortly after. Called up last second trying to save the day, and Alex was not only nice enough to stay late and meet me at the door after the store was closed to give me the string I needed, but went above and beyond and didn't even charge me for it. It literally saved the first dance of the wedding, and although he only saw just me in the flesh, it effected many more people than he knows. Nice to know there are still good people and companies out there. I strongly support this business. If there's a way to be, Alex and this company have done a demonstration that I hope others will model themselves after.

I take my boys for lessons twice a week. Excellent teachers who know their instruments and really want your kid to enjoy and learn what is right for them. You can tell the whole staff loves what they do. They work around any reasonable schedule changes for summer break.

Great place for adults and kids to learn music. Professional staff. My daughter is leaning Violon, she likes the atmosphere, great ambiance and respectful.

The staff here is always nice and helpful with my daughter and I. Nathan was awesome with the tips and assistance he provided on the maintenance of the tenor saxophone and little repair needed. He really knows his music and able to relate to my daughter.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The store has the essentials that we need for our chosen instruments, as well as a good selection for music.

My son takes viola lessons from David. David is always finding ways to involve him in the music community and challenge his skills. My daughter takes guitar lessons from Don. Don is always pushing her to be the best she can be in music and in life. Both children love their lessons and look forward to them each week. We are very happy with the lessons and very glad that we found this store.

Recently I visited music and arts for the first time. I was instantly greeted by a big smile and felt really welcome. The employee I spoke with, Luis was super helpful and asked me a lot of questions about my violin playing that really helped me figure out what I needed. He gave me his business card so I could call if I needed anything else. I will definitely be going back next time a need anything for my violin!

Angelica and Isaac were 2 employee that made this experience amazing.. They were so kind and pleasant. I will drive to this store from Tampa anytime for our music needs. This was the best and easiest experience made so easy for my sons first instrument.

Both guys were very friendly, knowledgeable and personable. Bought my resin and got instructions about how to resin my violin bow. Still got in and out in just a few minutes. I plan to go back there for actual lessons.

Writing this review from my car because of how positive my experience was. My goal is to get back into playing the guitar (my Pandemic Project😄) and NATHAN was absolutely amazing!!! He was so calm, talked me through all the options and was super knowledgeable. I appreciated it so much!!

Needed to have my boss's Strata-castor Fender guitar re-stringed and tuned made a few phone calls and this was the only place in Brandon I could find to have it done today. No wait and quick and friendly service. The young lady that helped me was very knowledgeable and fast. I am terrible with names but she definitely impressed me. Thank you for the fast and friendly service!

Where do I begin?!? I just love this place, the vibe,the welcoming staff not to mention some of the best prices in the city. I went there for a meet and greet for my son to introduce him to guitar lessons and ended up adding lessons for myself! I'm so excited for us both!

I’m so happy I found this store I had been looking around for a new flute for my daughter. This store has a nice selection of Intermediate flutes. The management was really good about bringing in other flutes for us to try. We finally settled on a Yamaha Yfl 462h.

They are an amazing place to go for beginners and every time I get welcomed like it’s my home. The names that I have gotten so far is superstar, and prodigy which is very nice of them to call me that and I have had and am having a wonderful experience with them.
