Whew, Chile. I tried Cava recently in Madison, AL, and it was banging. I am trying to eat healthier, and the Chicken Bowl didn't disappoint. I was able to try the Hummus and Chicken before I made my decision on what to order. I love that greens can be added as a base. The price was reasonable, not over $12.00 for a healthy meal. The fact that I can get two meals out of this one bowl is the icing on the cake. Go try this Mediterranean establishment and thank me later. Oh, and I forgot to add that the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable too. Cheers to healthy eating peeps!

Our go to in Madison! Unique and delicious food that is faster and healthier than any other option in town. Always feel great after eating one of their bowls.

Went for first time for lunch and dined in. Reminds me of a chipotle but for Mediterranean. They have bowls and pitas and the food is decently priced, imo. Food was good for a quick casual place and was happy with what they seemed to be going for.

Mrs. Q, I believe was her name, was very nice while she was training a new staff member who was making our food.

Thank you Aaron for 2 fresh orders of Pita Chips! A friend introduced them to me at work, instantly hooked! They're just like the description, crispy on the outside and softly airy on the inside. The seasoning is fantastic, which brings them to another level. Definitely delicious!!

Excellent customer service. Great vibes from the staff. The harissa dollop and tzatziki were perfect for my braised lamb build your own supergreens bowl. The meal was full of flavor and so satiating.
My guest loved the chicken Greek salad. Will definitely be back.

I’ve been twice and each time I’ve not done you all justice because I dove in and started eating before I took photos. Sorry! 🤷🏽‍♀. I’ll do better next time!
I love Mediterranean food! This little gem is awesome! It’s chipotle style. Choose from their premade bowls and pitas or build your own. I had the Harrissa Avacado bowl and yes sir!!! It was delicious! Just the right amount of heat. Top off your meal with one of their crafted drinks (I had the Strawberry Citrus) and for me, complete satisfaction! Fresh, good food with nice sized portions! Five stars!

The food is always so good but the customer service at this location is next level. Darren was super nice and helpful! His recommendation of getting the blueberry soda was the perfect addition to my meal. 😊

Love it here! Usually eat in but today I did the digital pick up and it was ready to go early and perfect. Great people. Fresh food!

Deeply suprised by how fresh and good everything was. I was visiting from out of town and I am so happy we stopped here. My husband wanted it and I fell in love 😂 the warm seasoned pita bread chips made this place hit hard. My goodness! CAVA is it. Please open one in Indiana (i.e., Downtown Indianapolis, Carmel, IN, & Fishers, IN.)

We love our Cava! Honestly, better than Chipotle in my opinion. It’s delicious, fresh, healthy Mediterranean-like food. Some fresh and fun unique drinks. I’m a huge fan of ordering through their app for pickup inside, or drive through window which is awesome. They even offer outdoor seating. Inside is clean and modern design. I’ll continue to update my review as I visit this newly opened location many more times, with any updates I find, positive or negative.

April 2023 update: digital pickup drive through lane is super slow. Been through it twice with obnoxiously long waits. The front car just blocking the lane, when the rest of our food is ready and getting cold. They need to take a lesson from CFA and learn when to push the blocker vehicle forward to allow the other orders through. I’m thinking in-store pickup will be faster.

I forgot his name, but for a first time visitor trying something new, I was amazed. He helped me with everything. Great choice for dinner. Kearen was his name. He spelled it but the great food was all I could remember a second ago.

This is one of my favorite places to eat, CAVA, in Town MADISON. It is THE BEST! I can’t rave enough about the employees at this location. From Khani & Katie to everyone, each time I’m there, everyone is always smiling and upbeat. I will go out of my way to go to this location just because of the service! They’re amazing!
