This is my first experience living at an apartment and Rob has been great with walking my though the process of renting. The landlord is great with communicating any news/updates for the apartment complex and super helpful with all sorts of questions!

I lived at Birch Grove apartments in Zimmerman and loved it there. Very clean and spacious apartment. Manager Kim was amazing to deal with, if you ever have any issues she is very quick to solve them. The property is beautiful. I would highly recommend this location if you are looking for an apartment in the Zimmerman area. I would definitely live here again.

I lived at the Northview apartments in Sartell and had a great experience! The building was always well kept and in good condition. The building manager was always helpful and easy to communicate with.

I’ve lived at the property in buffalo MN, the Crossings, since it opened last October. I’ve been very happy with property management (Hattie is the best)! Everything has been a smooth process, even with everyone moving in on the same day, it was organized to reduce chaos and the building is taken care of very well. The neighbors are amazing and it’s such a quiet and safe community. Wonderful place to live for families starting out, or those looking to downsize from a house. Some perks include a short walk to the grocery store, a park for kids, and the dog park that are all maintained beautifully. Management has also always been quick to respond, and is very clear with information about snow removal, and lease changes, or other notifications by sending both a text and email to keep everyone on the same page. Highly recommend living anywhere managed by Prairie Lakes.

I have enjoyed living at The Crossings at Willems Way. The apartment has all the amenities I need, and the grounds/ building are kept clean and neat. Communication with the Property Manager has been easy and effective at addressing my needs. I would definitely recommend living here!

My fiance and I spent almost 2 years in the Pine Grove Estates in Baxter and loved our little home. It's clean, taken care of, safe, and Jamie the property manager is always available if issues/concerns were to arise. We just relocated across the country and were sad to leave our home! Highly recommend.

The Baxter location is great! The property Manager, Jamie, is awesome and always helpful with any questions! The facilities are always clean and for being an apartment....the neighbors are very nice and quiet too! Haven't had to make any maintenance calls for any repairs! Highly recommend this place if you love having a quiet and well taken care of rental with a great manager!

I started renting almost a year ago and absolutely love this property! Apartments are very nice, the place is clean and safe! The amenities are amazing. And the manager at the Otsego property is wonderful and always helpful.

I live in the Pine Grove Estates townhomes. All of the community areas (community rooms, laundry facilities, pool area, etc.) are very nice and immaculately clean. The property manager (Jamie) is amazing! She is always available when needed and quick to solve issues or concerns (she's also a sweetheart). Highly recommend!

I was living at the building located in Thief River Falls. It is a lovely building with a great location and a responsive manager.

Amazing place to live. Management always gets back to me fast, and understands my problems. They actually are willing to help with every question I have. (Expecially sense this is my first time living on my own)

So far so good! Moved here last week and property manager Shannon has been nothing but nice and helpful to us. We love the peace we feel while living here. Will keep y'all posted

Rented through them at two separate locations now and cannot say a bad word about them. Everyone I have come in contact with is always helpful and straightforward, and their properties have been in great condition

Love The Crossings apartments in Buffalo, MN! Building is always kept clean, walking paths are fantastic and very pet friendly! Manager is also very easy to reach when needed.

Began a 2nd year of renting. Timely response to repair requests by on-site manager, clean and well maintained facility.

I was more than happy with my apartment and the time that I lived at my location, however the early termination fee they charge for ending a lease early seemed very excessive compared to most other companies. I wish they would have disclosed what the fee would be in the resident handbook but it just stated a "fee" would be charged, and I was not expecting the amount I had to pay. It cost me a few thousand dollars to get out of my lease early.

Informed my site manager that I was moving out and would like to end my lease through both SMS and email. I was not taken off the lease and was charged even though I did not live there. When I contacted them to resolve the situation, my calls were often declined or the voice mailbox full. I still receive phone call to my cell from the apartment building as they have not removed me from the call system.

Additionally, maintenance requests are often ignored no matter how many you send. I contacted the site manager directly and my issues were never resolved. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

My partner and I had planned a move to Buffalo, MN from FL. We signed a lease with Prairie Lakes Mgmt and 2 weeks later, he had a catastrophic medical situation that forced us to cancel our move. This company would not give us any relief from the early termination clause of the lease. So, in addition to the stress of this health crisis, we also had to pay several thousand dollars to get out of an apartment lease that had only been in place for less than a month and into which we had never moved or placed any belongings. The management of this company is without compassion and unwilling to bend. My partner is now recovering and we are again planning to move home to MN, but will never, ever, ever, consider a property managed by this company and would not recommend anyone else do so.
