Step 'N Stretch

What an amazing customer service experience! My daughter started her first dance class this week and we went to Step 'N Stretch for her supplies. The person helping us was immensely helpful in recommending sizes and items. The store was busy but she was able to attend to every family there with such attention and thoughtfulness!! I am so grateful for their help and will definitely be coming back again!

This store is awesome when the owner is working. I have never encountered anyone but her, and she is so sweet. It is my first stop whenever I need tight, shoes, or anything for dance – I do hip-hop, jazz, and pom. She is so informative and helpful.

Also, this is pure speculation but I think they are listening to the reviews on here about rude staff because they had tons of help wanted signs up.

We got great service here and great guidance on sizes and brands of ballet shoes and tights. One young lady did an excellent job fitting my daughter into the shoe and an experienced woman helped us figure out the best tights, she had advice about size, color and brand based on my daughter's needs. Great store!

This is a really great place to find stuff for dance! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and stayed with us throughout our whole time at the store to help us find stuff and make sure we were taken care of. Highly recommend if you need shoes, leotards, tights, or anything else especially for ballet.

Had such an amazing experience today working with Madison. My daughter has wide feet and difficult to fit for character shoes. Madison was so friendly and so patient! We were able to find what she needed! Left with smiles 😊

I had an excellent experience at Step 'N Stretch today shopping for my new dancer. Shelley was the perfect mix of knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I felt immediately welcomed to the dance community and like my daughter's toes we're in good hands!

i went there to get stuff for ballet, it was the first time i danced sense i was 5 (i was 12 at the time) and the people were so nice. all i new is that i needed shoes, a black leotard and pink tights. when i said that the girl knew exactly what to get and she was so nice. i have gone back there many times to get new things and everyone is still so nice. i would recommend going here.

After scouring Target and Old Navy for ballet attire, it was such a relief to find everything in one place! Both the employees were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They fit my 4 yr old for ballet slippers and helped find her the right leotard. I'll definitely be going back.

Visited for the first time today and will absolutely be back! Linda, the manager is incredibly knowledgeable and knew exactly which shoe would be best for me and one of my dancers. I will absolutely be back!!! This will be our Baila Con Pasión Latin Dance company 'go to'!

The staff was so helpful. My daughter needed three things for dance team. I had no idea even what to look for. They helped us find all three. Many sizes avalible.

They were incredibly kind, helpful, and patient with me even though I showed up less than half an hour before close. They took the time to listen to what I needed and find the best fitting product.

Best people in the world. The place to go for dance stuff. Knowledgeable staff who usually have all the info for your dance studio.

I really like this store because when it gave me tap shoes, it made my dream come true to tap dance.
