Friendly staff who are working as fast & hard as they can while still providing quality service. My drinks have always been excellent & the vibe inside is nice when it’s not filled with high schoolers.

Yes there’s a bit of a wait, but when you remember that this Starbucks is located right off the highway, near Epic, next door to a high school, and is the first/only Starbucks in the area — obviously it’s going to be busy and there will be waits. Have patience, & maybe avoid coming during high traffic times if waiting annoys you.

Inside there are a dozen or so tables with chairs, the booths have outlets beneath them. Along the wall there are 4 sets of armchairs which are nice for catching up with a friend.

Just wanted to take the opportunity to highlight a great customer service experience I had with an employee at this location. I went through the drive through and ordered an oat milk shaken espresso and bacon egg and Gouda sandwich. As soon as i finished ordering i realized that i didn’t have my wallet and my gift card would not have covered both items. So when i drove around to the window i asked the young lady working if could cancel the sandwich because i had forgotten my wallet. This young lady replied that she would just give me the sandwich for free since it was already made. And said that mistakes happen. I thanked her and while i waited for the coffee she asked me how my day was and was very warm and kind. I asked what her name was and she replied Anya(hope i spelled it right). Anya was absolutely amazing. She was very kind and made this one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in quite some time! Simply put, Thank you Anya.

Small shop with drive-thru. Online order pick-uo is hugely popular. Fun tropical decor.

Downfalls: Limited available food and merchandise
Wait for drinks purchased in-store can be a bit long due to drive-thru and online pickup demand. There's not a convenient place to sit and wait for drinks to be made. The in-store seating area is pretty far to be able to hear your name being called.

So happy there is a Starbucks in Verona. It's wedged in behind kwik trip. Which does feel a bit like you're in the parking lot of the gas station to get to the Starbucks.
The lot has good amount of parking, and it's easy getting to the drive-thru.

Starbucks had a BOGO on fall drinks after 12pm today with their app coupon and the store was FLOODED with high schoolers. I mean I couldn't get through the door or out of it. SLAMMED. I ordered ahead. The amazing staff got my drinks done fast and they were doing such a great job and REALLY HUSTLING with great attitudes--while handling 30+ drink orders at once and more high schoolers trying to get in. I have never seen a Starbucks busier in my whole life. I was so impressed. This is our favorite Starbucks location because they have the best staff, and they make the best drinks! THANK YOU!

It’s a busy Starbucks. Good mixes with coffee in them. Treat staff kindly please. They’re just trying to keep up.

The feeling of family strikes me each time I enter the store. Staff is friendly, professional and learns your name quickly. Love this Starbucks!

There were 8 cars ahead of me at the drive thru but it only took 4-5 minutes to get my drinks :) the service was friendly and I left happier than when I first arrived, also my PSL was perfection!

New store for Verona with all the new upgrades. Speedy service at the window with a well-organized take out counter. Orders set on the counter by letter of first name.

Even got a pup cup for my trusted sidekick!

Driving through the town of Verona WI. and stop for coffee. This shop was very busy and looks relatively new. It's a great addition to the city of Verona.

I went through the drive thru and I have to say my service was incredible. I have never had such go service. I wish I looked at the barista because he deserves a raise!

Really friendly when I’ve visited :) and handled the (incredibly rude) teens next door pretty well during a school rush lmao. Always get my drink right!
