Jimmy John's

Everyone has been complaining about the staff, then they got new staff and people are complaining about there being new staff. There are clearly issues with the online ordering and also seems like it was a system forced on a location that was not prepared for the massive orders coming in left and right. Staff is very friendly and you can tell they are all working their butts off. If you’re just patient, orders come out smoothly and the staff is very polite and respectful despite being harassed in a stressful environment. I was waiting for a sandwich for 15 mins or so, not a big deal. During that time 5 of the 7 customers that came in were very rude and hostile towards a group of employees doing their best during the lunch rush on a weekend. It’s not like they are standing around doing nothing, all the workers were working hard despite having issues with their systems and computers, none of which are their fault. If you can’t be patient or polite then just stay home and make your own sandwich because they don’t deserve to be harassed for working hard to please ungrateful, angry and entitled people all day.

Did an online order for chipotle for my niece, and Jimmy Johns for myself. Chipotle had half the order ready, let me stand there for 15 minutes before acknowledging me to get the rest of my order which they didn’t have ready so it was another 10 minutes to get. My order at Jimmy Johns was ready 6 minutes after the order. After 30 seconds of standing by the pick up area, the cashier asked if I was there for an online order, I said yes and she asked my name. I said to take their time cause I was early. I had my order not even 2 minutes after. So if you’re hungry, and in a hurry- their “freaky fast” slogan is no joke, especially at a busy busy lunch hour.

Had a slight hiccup with my order and they handled it smoothly and quickly. They were very kind as well. Their manager didn't hesitate to make things right and I will definitely go to this location instead of other locations. Only flaw is with the Jimmy John's support helpline. I called and they automatically messaged the franchise owner about the issue which isn't reasonable or fair for the employees.

Order delivery from here a lot. Always awesome quality and delivery is quick. Love this place and thanks to the employees for getting it right every time!
