Great little hotel! We were there for a gymnastics competition so it was super convenient. The room was lovely, had great space, nice hot tub, and the people at the front desk were very helpful and kind! Would definitely recommend.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise! Staff are friendly and the room was huge for the price, it included a microwave, fridge, and the bedroom is separated from the living area. We only stayed for one day but this place would be perfect for a longer trip. For the price, this hotel is really nice. Id say its even worth more. The only thing is that if youre planning to stay here to explore downtown you will definitely have to drive around, because its a little far from the actual downtown area (like the bridge, aquarium, restaurants and etc.) so keep that in mind. We personally didnt mind finding parking though. Overall id def stay here again

I & my Husband are disabled and our room just happen to be handicapped accessible. I'm glad we were able to ride our bikes in instead of our canes & walkers & sometimes the wheelchair. Thanks for a great stay😃👍👌 can't wait to stay there again 😀

Staybridge inns have always been a favorite of ours, when it is in our budget. From our stay, so far, this location even better. Beautiful layout, quiet despite downtown. There is a $9 parking fee...which we kind of expected. Very classy and well put together front desk staff and location.

Our family really enjoyed our stay in a 2 BR suite. It was clean, comfortable, and spacious. We had everything we needed. The hotel staff was friendly, helpful, and responsive to our requests. We well be back!

I have been staying at this hotel for a week. The staff is friendly, Robert at the front desk has provided exemplary customer service. The staff that serves breakfast and dinner are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and the maid service does a great job cleaning and making the beds. The small kitchen in the bedrooms are adequate and provide the essentials. It's nice having an ice machine in the refrigerator in the rooms. 5 stars, if you are looking to stay in Chatanooga I recommend this facility.

We have been coming to the Chattanooga Tow Convention for the past 10 plus years. This is one of our favorite conventions to come to. The atmosphere, people and food, you couldn't ask for anything to be better. Staybridge suites is ALWAYS our go to for this convention. The Service is TOP NOTCH. I would like to mention MR Jackson Lappin. Thank you for everything you do! Every time we come there we are greeted by name and it feels like the red carpet is rolled out. Cant express how thankful we are for the hospitality! Staybridge Suites Chattanooga has a life long customer. We will see you next year!

Hot tub is great! It's great and holds lots of people. Pool is unheated, we repeat: pool is NOT heated. Kids loved it, adults did not.
We put up a sleeping cot instead of using their pull out couch, and there was plenty of room.
Ask the front desk if they're doing any "social hours" the days you're there. They offered food and drinks (including some alcohol selections). For us, they served it on M, T, W and it served as free dinner for us.
Very close to everything downtown, great access. We would stay here again.
Parking is a gate enclosed lot, daily parking fee. But worth it because it felt very safe.
Very family oriented, staff is very caring and caters to their guests.

Regina was great! 🤩 I love her personality. The gated parking area was nice as well. The room surprisingly exceeded my expectations. Breakfast options were plentiful. 10/10 recommend!

Wonderful hotel. Slept well both nights. We were fortunate to be in a room that had a walkout balcony.

I really enjoyed this hotel for a few good reasons.
When you arrive, please don't do like we did because we just didn't know better. Approach the gate but get close enough for it to open. You can enter the hotel from the parking lot.
Their establishment is really clean.
Their rooms are very comfortable.
They had a patio for the room we stayed in.
One bedroom was apart from the other so privacy was good which caused us to relax more.
Dinner was really good Wednesday at the hotel and better than expected. The meatballs were delicious! The vegetables were steamed to perfection. The hummus was good with the pita chips.
Talk about a really good breakfast. They know breakfast and know it really well. We had bacon cooked perfectly, eggs were cooked perfectly, and you can make your own waffles. They had more to enjoy. Staff had smiles on their faces.
A gentleman who worked the front had to do the dinner part and had the most pleasant smile. He was really kind.
Many places are nearby to enjoy and a wonderful distance from Ruby Falls and other attractions.
Extremely well kept hotel and they keep their grounds clean. I actually saw someone picking up cigarette butts(By the way, dispose of them properly. They shouldn't have to clean up such mess because someone wants to be lazy. If you smoke it then trash it correctly. Stop treating folks like your servants).
Great place so check them out.

This hotel was clean and close to downtown. We were able to take the free trolley to the aquarium thanks to the hotel clerk telling us about the free trolley. The pool was nice my clods had a great time there. The lot where your car is parked is gated and can’t be walked into with a key or going through the lobby. The room was kinda small but it was good for the value besides we only slept there. Will def stay there again.

Full fridge, a stove top, dishwasher, and coffee maker... my family of four loves to stay at staybridge for all the conventions we attend at the convention center. Walk right out the door and across the street. Staff are friendly and attentive. Indoor pool and hot tub are well maintained as well as the gym. Can't beat an IHG breakfast buffet with REAL eggs and omelets, bacon and sausage that are fresh and not just reheated, fresh coffee, fruit, yogurt, toppings, boiled eggs, fountain drinks with the good ice, and three waffle makers. There's also a nice outdoor seating area. I'm thankful for a comfortable place to stay that allows me the convenience of fixing my own meals to carry down to con. Hands down will stay many more times!

We really enjoyed this hotel. Wonderful, convenient location. It has a nice pool, clean and spacious rooms with a full kitchen. Nice buffet style breakfast. The front desk staff was so helpful, courteous and professional. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return if I come back to Chattanooga.

I was blown away by the value that I received from this hotel. I originally made reservations online to check in. And when I got here they offered me a similar room before my scheduled check-in time 4$10 less per night! The staff here is top notch. They know how to make sure that customers are well taken care of! The room itself was absolutely perfect. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The selection of programming for the TV was more than adequate. The kitchenette was a huge unexpected bonus. I would absolutely recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Chattanooga for an activity at the convention center. I have stayed at other hotels in this area in the past and this one is by far the best!

Absolutely loved it amazing stay. Me and my fiance went for a night get away.. loved the pool room breakfast. Staff was friendly they gave us an extra hour to checkout so we could go into the pool and have time to change..

We qualified for a free night stay, so this was great! We stayed in a suite, and it was very roomy and clean. We had a small living room, kitchenette, bedroom, and bathroom. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again if ever in the area. Highly recommend!

LOVE IT!! It was CLEAN! And I don't mean they swept and changed the sheets, I mean it was CLEAN! Everything shone and sparkled, smelled clean because it was clean. The buffet breakfast was pretty awesome as well. One word of advice, the beds are EXTREMELY FIRM. I was told they used to have memory foam which was nice and comfy but room 110 was not. The room was very clean, the sheets and comforter were plush. They have full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower as well as travel size essentials in the lavatory. The staff was super helpful. The gentleman that checked us in was very proud of "my hotel" which I found endearing. "Do not smoke in my hotel, keep the dog on the leash in my hotel, if there is anything you need let me know immediately so I can assist. To some he may have come across as brash but I saw it as him taking deep pride in his establishment and wanted to maintain an excellent place. The one and only draw back I found was the area designated for pets was literally 5'×5'. And if you're a smoker I suggest asking for a room with a balcony because the only place we saw to smoke was the patio out back. Every room is non smoking.

It was an awesome hotel. The bedroom being separated from the living area was great because our baby could nap while the older kids had somewhere to play. The breakfast was awesome and we filled up! We got up early, ate breakfast, swam in their pool, and then ate more breakfast. The staff was awesome too. They were all nice, polite, and very helpful! It was a great stay and we will definitely be staying here again!
