McDonald's

I arrived to pickup my order in curbside, but the app was unfortunately not working. However, when I called the store, the man on the phone was very understanding of the situation. He remade my whole order at no charge to make sure all the food was hot and fresh after my long wait, and personally delivered it to my car. Incredible customer service!

It's a McDonald's, nothing crazy different from every other one. The staff was nice, place was clean most everywhere, ice cream goes down about as often as every other McD's. My girls love when we go inside to sit down though so they can play on the light up table.

Joseph, the server went above and beyond while I was ordering food prior to Truman State Graduation on Saturday. Not only did he:

He also helped me fill drinks at self serve counter
on a large order.

As well as help carry food to my car!

Joe the manager helped out more than he had to and not everyone in the fast food business talks to you like you are a human but he did and he was very sincere

I had a long work day today and had to stop by this McDonald's for a quick lunch. I wasn't expecting much, but the staff was so friendly, the food was delicious, and the bathrooms were clean too! There was even someone actively cleaning the tables in prep for the lunch rush and I feel like the staff went out of their way to smile and say goodbye! Thank you so much! Keep up the great work I know you work hard!

This McDonald's has really good employees. Their drive thru workers always seem to be positive, and the food comes out quick. In my opinion, this location is far above the typical McDonald's experience.

Great attitudes. The woman that served us was quite nice and had a smile on her face. Thats something i love to see when I go into a restaurant. We got our food in less that 5 minutes that's record time😂. Thank you for being a decent place😊!

The service is honestly a little terrible, but at least they're consistent.

This particular day was complete mayhem. My friend got a blank receipt. My other friend waited 25 minutes. Another found a hair in his food. One was charged twice. The truck man walked off the truck and started working karen was angrily looking for her receipt. The employees treated us with no courtesy or hospitality and I loved every second of it.

The order taker got me exactly what I wanted and was upbeat & happy to do it. I really like the sausage egg McMuffin & no one makes them better than McDonald's. I really like the mild picante sauce as well! Great breakfast, great service!

S side Mc Ds is boss, compared to N side. Always a fresher tasting and juicy Big Mac & fries. Their soda could use a little more syrup that's where N side beats your Happy Meal. 😊

Wonderful experience. The evening shift manager is on super fast mode always trying to do more than one job to ensure everyone gets their order quickly.

The food was very good.they did mess up on my order but they replaced it very quickly. Didn't have to wait on the food to long.they gave to us quickly.

McDonalds is a simple place to get food, they aren't always fast, and they forget some things every once in awhile but the staff is usually pretty nice. It's a cheap fast food joint, what do you expect? You get what you pay for.

Nice McDonalds on North Baltimore in Kirksville MO. Easy in and out with good parking. Has a nice double drive thru. We were there on a Thursday night at approximately 10:00 PM. Drive thru was packed as well as the inside. This location has kiosks on the inside. We used the old fashion way and went to the counter. Service was fast so we were happy and would return.

The food was excellent the service was excellent and the place was very clean. It was a pleasure being there this morning.
