Carolin asked me of I needed any help. I told her I could use help carrying an item to the reg. The item weighed 135lbs.
She went and got a cart from the lumber area across the store. And a couple of men to help me load it, which was helpful since I have medical reasons not to lift. This young lady made the difference in the sale because I was just looking not ready to buy. Turned out to be a good purchase Thank You Carolin.

Always been easy to get in and out. It's a warehouse store so if you find it online first or ask as soon as you walk in it's better than hunting for it.

I had a very weird request and this smaller Home Depot store didn't offer pallet jack rentals. However, after explaining my situation to Manager Dwayne, he was more than helpful! Not only did he get me exactly what I needed, he did it for a better price than the other big box Home Depot stores. I honestly have never had a more pleasant and helpful experience with a big box store in my life. I don't live close to this store, but if I did, I would give them all my business. Dwayne is an extremely helpful manager, thank you sir!

The best of the big box stores. It mainly depends on the manager and how well it is stocked. I've used this store several times in the past month. The workers were very polite and helpful. They had everything I went in for, each time. Very happy with this store, just wish they had one closer to my home.
