Staff was very helpful. Needed a load out and they were there quick with a team to assist.

Harbor freight takes care of my tool needs always a good experience

Always a good place to look for tools. The team member had trouble finding exactly what I was looking for but when I was in checkout, he came running up with it. Great customer service!

I was very upset moving from Tampa, and realizing there was no Harbor Freight, in Macon, Mo. Then I discovered Harbor Freight, was a short drive away in Kirksville! The gentleman that assisted me was awesome and truly happy to assist me. This Harbor Freight, has more electronic test equipment & tools ( in stock) than any of the stores in Tampa Bay. I am truly pleased that I moved to the area...

It was Grrrrrreat!!! I'm like a kid in a candy store everytime I go in there...! So many bargains, so little time! And the sweet young lady that's almost always working there in the evenings is always so kind and helpful in every way. She never rushes me out the door at close like so many people do anymore. She is always a delight to do business with. Suggestion:
Dedicate just ONE area to clearance items because I found it quite frustrating and nearly impossible to locate the clearance items scattered throughout the store on the isle end caps. Put em all up front like the open box items are. Thank you!

Almost always has what i need at a reasonable price. I seem to go there at least once a week for something.

Awesome store and staff. We drove an hour to buy a couple gift cards for Christmas. We are getting a harbor freight in our town that will open in February.

Really good service and a lot of great tools. Not as confusing as big box stores cause all they have is tools, not groceries and fluff. Prices pretty good and I like the warranty!

The staff is really well informed on their products. Definitely a great place to get vehicle tools, even bigger things like a cherry picker.

I absolutely love Harbor Freight. Very low prices for tools which are only improving in quality. If you're looking for a precision instrument, this might not be the place. However, if you're looking for an extremely low price on a tool that will get the job done, there's no where quite like Harbor Freight.

Fantastic selection of tools outstanding prices and service, I grabbed some tie down straps the other day, but I got the wrong style when I went to exchange them I couldn't find my reciept, I got better straps to replace the ones I didn't like, the customer service representative made the exchange not only easy but, got me the new straps at no additional charge!
