The new crust is better. Their delivery is great, on time every time. The pizza is good (for a chain pizza), fresh, hot & good.

Super great customer service from the employees, to the manager and delivery driver.

Super great experience. 10/10 recommend. Will order again.

Hadn't ordered from here in awhile so wasent real sure exactly what or how to do what I use to get all the time, so went in a Bianca was wonderful with helping and then making it. Iv order 3 this week alone. Just wanted to give credit were it's due she a great employee, the other employee in there were very nice as well. Thank you.

Thus past visit the was the best ever. Thursday the 30th in the evening. The food was good that night and great heated up in the microwave the next day!

Very fast delivery. Offers the option to tip the driver, no cash contact.
I like the contact less delivery.
Pizza is good too, lots of options. Free medium pizza after 60 points. I think that 60 points comes from ordering 6 times

This is one of the best domino's when it comes to customer service I unfortunately was not satisfied with my pizza quality and the manager Andrew went out of his way to make me a new free of charge it was definitely the best pizza I've had in Southern Illinois in the year I have been here he definitely went above and beyond

This store is magnificent! They always produce and deliver, extremely fresh and hot food, in a timely manner!

And their drivers are always very kind, and courteous! We don't order a whole lot, but we do place an occasional order. Always great!

The delivery driver accidentally forgot part of my order and was gone before I could catch him. I called the store, and the manager apologized profusely and said they’d come back. The driver came back quickly and apologized even more. I wasn’t upset at all, but the exceptional customer service made a potentially sour situation extremely positive. Great job on everyone’s part!

I want to give a shoutout to the Friday night crew at the Carbondale Domino's. They were absolutely slammed but still managed to take my order as a walk-in and have it out to me in about a total of 20 minutes. The food was fantastic and the energy of the staff even on a busy Friday night was positive, cheerful, and overall a good vibe to have in a store.

It's nice to go a restaurant and be provided with excellent customer service. That's exactly what we got from our visit to Domino's Pizza. Even though we order online (love it) most of the time. Our online experience has always been excellent. The order is always correct delivered hot and fast. Thank you Domino's Pizza for coming back to Carbondale and doing it in style.

Taste absolutely amazing, completely cleaned out my digestive tract too. Was on the toilet throwing fire for 3 days after having the cheese sticks. No idea why, it was definitely an experience. Try it!

I've never had better vibes than I do when I walk into this establishment. Every person smiles, greets with enthusiasm, and regardless if its a busy friday night, or a slow Monday afternoon...the attitude is always positive.

Accidentally gave me ranch instead of icing with cinnamon twists on a delivery order once. Dude drove back to bring me my icing. 10/10 for all the minimum wage workers doing the most with the least.

Carbondale Dominos is my favorite local dominos to order from. The staff are amazing every time and have been especially AMAZING during our current events! I’m a healthcare provider here at a LTC facility or nursing home in Carbondale and they have delivered to my place of employment several times for myself and coworkers and are amazing every time. Great Job

The app makes it super easy to order. The staff is really friendly when you come in and the store is very clean. The food is delicious, especially the American Legends pizzas!
