Firestone Complete Auto Care

We had to bring our vehicle in for warranty service for tires. We were able to get an appointment very quickly, service was fast and reasonably priced. Firestone took care of the entire warranty process. I was very happy with the service and will recommend this location in the future.

This store always does a great and thorough job in a reasonable time frame. I never feel like they've tried to upsell or recommend service I didn't need.
They've always alerted me when they found additional service opportunities, but in a professional "heads up" way.

I have religiously used express lube the street on Madison Blvd for my Rv and cars. My last two experiences over the past few months has not been acceptable. They’ve changed from the express lube I used for years. Firestone’s took me in without an appt (I needed a truck battery). I discussed my needs with them. I simply am still trying to get my hubcap put back on that express lube couldn’t do after two tries. Firestone’s told me to swing by and they do it for me From this point on Firestone’s will be my go to. I’m sorry Ive spent four thousand on 3 different occasions recently at express lube.

The service manager helped me select the best tires for my Highlander. So far we are very pleased with the ride and noise level of these Firestone Destination tires.

Superior service at an excellent price, and they were so kind to work us in when we had a flat while visiting from out of town. It would have been at least an overnight stay for us if not for them.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of the Service Adviser at Firestone when I spoke with him, both over the phone and in person. They completed my service promptly, and had me on my way. They have made a Loyal Customer of me due to that "Outstanding" experience.

Bought four new tires, I checked out late so they forgot to offer roadhazard and I forgot to ask for it. So two weeks later when I hit something and tried to bring it in for repair, they informed me they have it, but I didn't buy it. However, the manager came through and made it right. Would recommend to anyone. If you have an issue, talk to Len, he will help you out the best he can.

I brought my van in for a flat tire, one of the lug nuts was stripped so they had to work extra hard to get that off and they replaced it for free, they didn't charge me for the extra labor either. They suggested I get the other tires replaced, and it wasn't just a sales tactic, I knew they were bad, so I decided to go ahead and get it done. They were busy and I was in a hurry, so neither one of us thought about road hazard insurance, which I had always bought because of constantly hitting nails for some reason. Anyway, on our way to church on Sunday, I hit something on the highway and it popped my tire. I had to plug it to get my family to church and back home. I brought my van into Firestone to get it plugged, and the employee behind the counter said that they couldn't plug it since I had used the plug kit (which is true, they can't pull those out). Long story short, the manager contacted me the next day, said they should have offered a deal to fix it, and did. The manager here is great and I would trust them with all my tire needs in the future. They could have told me to go pound sand, but instead they helped me out. Go see them, if you have an issue, talk to the manager, chances are he will help you out in one way or another.

Got my tire repaired pretty quick and customer service was good. No complaints here. Will be back for additional service.

Update:- Went back to Firestone to have a free rotation for my Firestone tires. I also requested a complete vehicle check as my brakes were acting a bit off. I was told I would need new pads and rotors all around. This was not a surprise for me as I went also 5 years without a brake change. I was able to have the scheduled for the same day along with a complete oil change, which was the first time using their Pennzoil full synthetic, which was a difficult transition for ma as I am a mobile 1 guy, nonetheless everything went well and my Jeep feels great and runs smoothly. I recommend this Firestone branch! Excellent service!

On a Sunday of all days, I discovered that a part of the underbody of my car was dragging on the ground and nearly coming off. These men helped me and didn't even charge me to fix the issue. I went in to pay and the staff person said "Oh, you don't have to pay for that." It was like a breath of fresh air amid all of the other surprise expenses that I have come across. Excellent care and customer service.

In for an oil change and repair of a tire. Both activities done well and am satisfied.

I absolutely love this place. They won’t steer you in the wrong direction. Being a female I get that from other places, but here they will only do what needs to be done to your vehicle. They are the best and that’s why I keep coming back to them. I can’t recommend them enough!!
