These ladies are fantastic! I placed an order for my stepfather last year. It was beautiful and delicious. This year, about two weeks before his birthday, and Ann Marie called me and asked me if I would like to place another order for my stepfather and she offered me 20% off. It was so helpful to be reminded that I needed a gift. They had everything in my profile, including his birthday, delivery address, and even with the card said last year. I placed my order in minutes, and know that he will get a wonderful gift that he will enjoy. Everything was so easy I highly recommend this business, you won’t be disappointed!

Excellent! Edible Arrangements in Plymouth is my go to for celebrating events around the calendar. I have used this location for friends’ birthdays, teachers/ preschool appreciation days, and my parents‘ anniversary. Esp helpful option for friends and family who have allergies and asthma or when flowers just won’t cut it. Over the years all my arrangements have been delivered on time. The EA website is good enough, but I like calling the store. The manager Eugenia is especially helpful and will customize your order and offer incentives and coupons as she can. Lastly, TODAY I found out that they have a grab and go refrigerator case!! This is a game changer for this unseasonably hot Minnesota summer! I mean, anytime I can make fruit (even with chocolate on it) a more fun option than a cookie counter for the family, I’m all for it. Very pleased and so grateful that the Northwest metro has this EA.

I just have to say, I connected with Lexi at the Plymouth location after forgetting an important Birthday the day of. I had called 4 other Local Delivery Businesses prior that were rude with me and could not deliver on short notice, 3 of those that hung up without a thank you or goodbye. Lexi was kind, and although I again missed their delivery window, she went a step further to connect with their Manager and then the Delivery person who was “done for day”. We were able to work together to make someone’s day. I understand businesses have to work on schedules/systems to deliver great service to the mass, but Lexi went out of her way to make a difference. I am so incredibly happy to have witnessed genuine Customer Service, which is a lost art these days! Thank you to Lexi, her Manager and Edible Arrangements.

I didn’t taste the Delivery, but was immediately sent photos which looked delicious! Great presentation...

The arrangements were beautiful and the recipients really enjoyed their surprise treats; expect to pay >$50 per arrangement--at the very least--which may or may not include a $14.99 shipping cost; all in all, delicious but pricey; I will likely order again from them.

Tried this shop when I was renting a place nearby. On the phone, very accommodating and helpful. Asked to deliver to the side door and they did just that. No issues. Recommend.
