The coffee is almost always spot on. It is by far the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Sometimes service is slow but I blame staffing and their small work space.

Hard working staff were quick and polite. The atmosphere is in a grocery store, so it's not exactly cozy.

I came into the Waterville Starbucks to redeem my birthday drink… And the three young women behind the counter couldn't have been more helpful. They were awesome! They talked me into a chai latte lightly sweetened ~ my new favorite drink. Keep up the great work (Starbucks) and incredible customer service!

The Kroger Starbucks in Waterville is absolutely amazing. Great customer service and they love all their customers and know your order by heart if you're a regular

I came here with my girlfriend for a quick coffee. My girlfriend had a cold and sore throat, so Jacob, the barista suggested a medicine ball and it really helped her with the sore throat.
