PF hasn't let us down. I enjoy the tanning services the most. Staff is kind and helpful. Things are clean. No issues. Maybe offer a free PF shirt after being a black card member for over a few years. That's my only suggestion on an improvement.

A great place to workout. Gym is always clean and staff is friendly. Everything you could possibly need for a workout is provided, and you can't beat the price!

Love the setup in the Blue Springs one. It has great equipment, and it's not loud. The app, thy have you down load, shows how crowed it is.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Lorisa is a wonderful trainer and I take her classes all the time. The machines are new or updated and I love the Total Body Enhancement machine, I use it every time I go. I do the massage chairs before and end my workout with the hydro massage bed. I couldn’t ask for a better place to workout.

Nice gym, love that they give the option for truckers to workout but no overnight. Makes it a much cleaner environment because truckers can leave a mess when parked a while.

I have had monthly issues with them regarding my monthly payments going through. I’m not sure what the issue has been. Something about acc. numbers not correct? They are always helpful and understanding with my frustration in solving problem.

I'm enjoying going back to the gym and having a staff that cares about me. I'm a pain and we laugh bc I'm special and they are all very caring people. Shot out to Natalie 👏

If you want to bring a guest make sure they have their first born to give as an offering to the IPad on the counter. If you want a job here, I'm assuming you need cleaning experience and a want to be a undercover security gaurd. Other than that. The weights lift. Bring hand chalk for the pull up bars. They are made of KY!

Great Staff .. All of the Equipment is well Maintained... Nice Layout..

The friendly staff is the best part of the gym. The gym has installed new cleaning stations that have solved the lack of attention to them. The lack of gym etiquette blocking all the Smith machines has resolved, so workouts are pleasant and timely again. We get in, we work hard, we get out. The gym has improved the overhead music as well. For which, I am MOOOOOST grateful.

Love working out here very chill glad old staff is gone including Lisa! My only complaint would be I wish they would get some different equipment and do away with other equipment but other than that the free take you’re kid until August 31st was a great thing for me and my kid allowed her to be more active!

Very clean, having cleaning stations all over is nice and great price allowing anyone to be able to stay healthy without breaking the bank.

I have the black card membership and I absolutely will never change health clubs… Planet fitness is the best and I especially love my blue Springs home club… The folks at the front desk are awesome and the place is always clean never too crowded
