Came in on 7-1-24 to get state inspection and the next day guy called out. But the store manager did the inspection and was quick and thorough. Got me in and out. Managers name is Stephan Eads. Ask for that guy and he will do his best to make you happy. Got me in and out. Good team makes company look awesome. These guys all deserve a raise. Thank you again Midas.

These guys did such a great job and we're so helpful and reasonable! Honest and detail oriented. So glad to have found my new mechanic after having moved across states! Will definitely be coming back!

Alison and JD at Midas in Blue Springs just off I-70 E, at 305 MO-7, took GREAT care of us. My girlfriend wanted to use the Lees Summit Location off of 291 S. Their front desk attendant (possible manager) is regularly condescending to her and I. He refused a coupon and tried to tell us that the coupon wasn’t supposed to have been published to Midas’ website. We immediately called Blue Springs Midas and the man on the phone laughed at the absurdity of it and said he would be more than happy to accept our business. The very next day we had an appointment, and Alison made sure to tell us that the deal on our coupon was offered year round and there was no reason we should have had this problem. Their communication was personable and familiar and we greatly appreciate their help.

I came here today and was informed I had to have all 20 lug nuts replaced along with the tires. I thought I was going have to walk out they helped me and gave me a great discount. They are easily the best in town. Also they give a military/first responders discount. They are friendly, timely, and very professional. They kept me informed every step of the way. I highly recommend them.

The service was excellent, on time, and knowledgeable. I was in and out without any wait time. They gave me options for my oil change and offered a coupon , plus a a rebate. They added a furl additive to clean it and give me better gas mileage without asking me first and then charged me 12.00 for it. It wasn't outrageous and considering I will probably save more on gas than what yhis cost, I didn't complain. Will be going back to them for future needs.

I was faced with a really tough decision that quite literally could have put me in a detrimental spot but the store manager Stephan took the time to really break down for me the options that were available and helped me chose the route that best fit me and saved me a HUGE trouble. I cant express how grateful I am and if I could give more stars than 5 I would. Thanks guys!

Stephan was a very knowledgeable mechanic, he kept me informed every inch of the way while working on my car. I would recommend the shop to anyone that needs any kind of mechanical work done. James was an awesome employee too. Everyone was really friendly thanks a lot guys.

Really great company and location. This specific location has done a major 180 with management and service workers! I ENJOY EVERY EXPERIENCE WITH THEM! This place has turned around tremendously! I definitely recommend others to bring your vehicles here!

Stephen the store manager was awesome, he came out to talk to me and made me understand what was going on. My tech (sorry, didn’t caught his name) was also very pleasant and also came to talk to me. This is the only Midas, the one on 7 that I will go to. Great experience and I’ll be back for some much needed services. Thanks guys

I was treated right. They honored a coupon I was mislead about from another location. They did right by me. With changes to our economy funds are slim and they took care of me for my oil change. It is how society should be. Caring and they kept their word. The manager had just taken over that store and was so nice as well as the manager helping that day from Gladstone. Sweet hearts.
