They were super friendly and extremely helpful! They did all the leg work with the warranty company,
which made the whole process super easy. The only thing I had to do was drop my car off and then pick it up the very next day! That's it!

I had an amazing experience at MAG Payless Car Care. The excellent customer service began from the first interaction. I called to schedule an oil change, bulb change, and wheel alignment. They asked why I thought I needed one to make sure that was the case, and I told him I was embarrassed to say. His tone immediately changed, and he was very sympathetic without pitying me. He made the appointment and I was very pleased.

When I got there, they got my car in and out right away. I didn't have to wait long at all. When they brought it out to me, they said they wouldn't do an alignment until I could get another part of the suspension repaired, but didn't charge me anything for looking at it, and gave me a reasonable quote for the additional work. I will definitely be going back as soon as I can afford it.

I called as soon as they opened asking for an inspection. He got me in in an hour, inspected it, and got the part I needed to pass inspection in less than 45 minutes. I’d say I was there for a little less than 2 hours. The whole exchange was speedy and the guys were very nice. It’s refreshing, considering I’m a female. I will be back!

I have been replacing parts on my Terrain for months now and the person I trusted to complete the repairs actually stole my front catalytic converter and messed up so many other things that had cost so much money!!

I had been to several other places and no one would even look at this mess until I came to MAG!!

Not only did they listen, they got it right in to look at the whole mess! They got the parts sent over and in less than one day had my Terrain (and sanity) back in complete and CORRECT working order!! I have definitely found my complete auto repair shop from now on MAG will be the ONLY ones I trust with my repairs!

I have been going here for regular maintenance since buying my car next door. Everyone is so helpful! I had a major repair that needed done to my Jeep and the staff was very knowledgeable and informative. They took the time to explain the issue to me, kept me in the loop every step of the way and made my experience pain free! I really felt like they cared about me and doing the best thing for my vehicle in the long run.

Had a great experience at MAG. Got my vehicle in fast and got it fixed faster than I thought it would be. They did a great job informing me on what I needed to get fixed, what was urgent and what I could wait on. Would definitely recommend and won’t be taking my car anywhere else.

Highly recommend them if you need work done. My daughter and I experienced car trouble while traveling through Missouri. We were towed to MAG in the evening, and Tyler made sure we were back on the road the next day! Really appreciate the quick repair and the follow-up text making sure the car was okay.

Replaced my transmission under warranty and was given a bad part. Had to bring the car back and got a new one put in at no charge. Tyler’s a great guy and isn’t looking to rip anyone off. Great shop here!

Brought in a '93 Nissan pickup for repair. They were able to find and order the needed part. I returned when it came in and it was installed in the time I had been quoted. Fair prices and prompt service work.

I had my main seal and oil pan gasket replaced and the oil pan gasket was still leaking. So took it back and they fixed It. And put 120 miles on it and used half a tank of gas. I understand running it and making sure it’s not leaking. But think they should have replaced the gas that they used.

Car actually runs better than when we first bought it. Clean pickup and doesn't lag in power. For a 1.8 motor it now produces the power to keep up on hills yet maintains it's stability in Rpm. Thanks

These guys are great! They were honest, fairly priced and FAST. If you want the job that actually needs doing done right and done quickly for a fair price, bring your car here!

This is by far the best shop. I have been coming to them for years and when they changed ownership you couldn't even tell because of the great service they were giving and friendly environment. I love the diagnostic report they send to you that breaks down everything they did and recommend, the report helps those who know nothing about cars understand what is goin on. Big things are coming for this shop.

I can't say enough great things about Payless Car Care Center! They are honest, affordable, friendly and fast. Another shop in town quoted me an outrageous amount of labor to fix and oil leak, so I took my car to Payless for a second opinion. They were able to determine what the actual cause of the leak was and took care of it for less than a quarter of what the other shop had quoted. Payless is a place you can trust for great, honest work!!

I cannot day enough nice things about this place! They were able to get my car in and out of the shop on the same day and only fixed what was broken. My car will be going back in next week to get more work done there because they are affordable and their work this first time was fantastic. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who needs work done!

Normally when I go to car shops I feel small--I don't know what I'm talking about, how to explain what's going on with my car, etc. Etc. Most of the people I deal with make it worse. Not Paul and his staff. They are truly good people, care about your car and finances, and talk to you on a level you can understand without feeling belittled. Definitely recommend for anyone needing an honest, trustworthy, mechanic.

We have a fleet of 6 vehicles in our company and the only shop we trust with our fleet is MAG Payless. We recently needed a transmission, tires, and a catalytic converter. The guys at MAG got us in and our van back on the road making our company money in no time. Highly recommend
