Blue Springs Service Center

These guys are amazing and have always been on top of things. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. We have been going to them for over 5 years . My sons car had a flat and they got him taken care of , so I as a parent would feel more better with my son out on the roads.

They were great! They were on time and fixed what I needed done. I’m not sure his name but the guy upfront when I walked in Saturday the 15th, he was super friendly and was able to explain things to me that I had know clue about in a way that made me feel comfortable and not brainless for not know about cars and he was just extremely kind to my little one which I appreciated as we were not in a fun place for a 5 year old. I they did an amazing job, fast! and I will be coming here for my car needs from now on!

I was heading out of town on the Saturday of the Independence Day weekend when an error message appeared on my car’s dashboard that my engine coolant was low. I had a maintenance appointment scheduled for Wednesday, but I had a 4 hour drive ahead of me and it was hot so I didn’t want to risk it. I saw the Goodyear service center so I stopped in to see if they could fit me in between jobs. They were so kind and took care of it right away, and for a very reasonable price. I’m sure the dealer would have charged 4 times what they charged me. And, I was on my way in 15 minutes!

We moved to the Blue Springs area 5 years ago. This is my second set of tires I have bought for my Honda. This garage and staff have been great especially when it is time to rotate the tires. I highly recommend them.

Dropped car off with no appointment. Had 3 worn wheel bearings replaced in under 24 hrs at very reasonable price. Friendly straight forward service. Been going here for years-trust their ability and honesty 100%. Will always take my vehicles here.

Had a screw in my tire that needed a plug for repair. They were able to complete this repair at a reasonable cost. Good shop with mechanics who know what they are doing. We have always had good and fair service at this shop.

Thank you to the great staff at Blue Springs Goodyear. I ran over a large rock on 40 and 7 that flattened a tire. Pulled onto BSG and service was so caring, professional and quick. New tire ordered delivered and replaced ASAP. Highly recommend and thank you for making a bad start to a day a great way to continue.

I came in for alignment work and now I found my go-to place in blue springs. The guys were very friendly and helpful. They took the time to show me the work my car needed while it was being worked on. I had my girls with me and the front desk gentlemen’ and ladies was very welcoming. I came back few days later to get wheel balancing done. They found bolt wrong size and replaced it for free. As a business owner myself, the staff was top notch customer service.

I have been pleased with the service I have received. From a female perspective I feel I'm treated with respect and listened to when trying to explain my problems. They also will suggest or point out things that could cause problems in the near futures an.would recommend this business.

Gregory and Dennis went out of their way to make me feel welcome in their business. I went in for an ODO inspection without an appointment and was greeted at my car and in and out in less than 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend this business!

Woke up to a completely flat tire. Aired it up and drove in. They were able to get to me very quickly and removed a screw from my tire all in about 30 minutes! I have been a customer for over 20 years and trust them to replace all my tires.

Always professional, honest, and reliable! Anytime I have my car serviced they tell me upfront what the problem is and the cost. They are great at communicating and provide excellent customer service.

Brought them a tire that a shop down the street said couldn't be repaired, 20 bucks, patched and mounted. Great service, great price. Definitely will be back.

It feels like I know them. Also, the mechanics are very polite along with their expertise.
