The car care and service I received from this shop is superb! I thought I was having a major repair issue, (according to another shop).So I brought my car to Mike and he assured me that was not the case . My car was repaired timely and at a fair rate. Our family has trusted Mike with our vehicles for years. He’s trustworthy and provides excellent customer service. I highly recommend!!

Long story short, the lock cylinder locked up. I could not turn the key at all. Of course we all assumed the cylinder needed replace. Reluctantly I approved having it replace for almost $500. As the mechanic, Jr, was disassembling the dash area he noticed that the cylinder began to work. Turns out the original cylinder was okay and my repair cost dropped to $65 just for the time spent on it. I'm so grateful that the mechanic, Jr, was so honest about this. Sara, the receptionist was great as well. She kept my updated promptly with what was going on with my car. I will return for any work I need done in the future.

Would you believe 5 o’clock on a Friday night an alert comes on my dash “Check charging system”. I have a new battery. I went to Auto zone and they verified it needed an alternator. Free check. Good people. So I start searching for mechanics in Blue Springs who work on Saturday. Very few. Called Meineke and asked him for a miracle that I need my car by noon tomorrow to drive to downtown KC. The Service Manager, Martel, said Yes, bring it by now and we’ll check it for an alternator. By 10:30 Saturday morning it was done!!! I was so desperate Friday night and the manager was so kind and listened to my story and he made sure my car was running when I needed it! I brought a dozen donuts for the crew. And tipped the mechanic, Chris. Hey, people need to be shown appreciation!

I had THE BEST experience!!!! Even though my service was a pricey one Jordan went way above and beyond to make sure I was provided with phenomenal and competitive pricing and service . I need alot of work done on my old car and with prices of everything I refuse to buy a new car. Let's just say I have found myself a new car shop and will not be going anywhere else !!!!!!

The people at the Blue Springs Meineke on 40 hwy were very professional and personable and friendly, they got my vehicle in in a reasonable time and luckily they had the parts to fix it in stock. They were even willing to stay a little after closing to finish the repairs to my exhaust system and get me back on the road same day. The cost of the repairs was very reasonable as well. I will be recommending them to friends and family for their auto repairs and I will be returning to them in the future for my auto repairs.

The team at this repair center is absolutely amazing. They gave great suggestions, and help out in anyway they can with ideas to help you make your vehicle last longer. They are also very timely and efficient in getting you in and out without sacrificing the professional quality.

Jordan @ the Blue Springs sore had me in & out as he promised. Courteous & professional. Only minor issue was when I left, the low tire pressure warning light was on. I checked the tire pressure when I got home thinking I picked up a screw or nail, but all 4 tires were 25 lbs.

Garrett was so helpful from beginning to end. He honored my lifetime Meineke warranty, even though the company was purchased by a new owner and I was no longer in their system. I was so grateful and would recommend the Blue Springs Meineke to everyone for their great service. This is my new go to shop!!

Excellent customer service. I was driving thru Blue Springs and needed auto repair help on my Honda Odessey. I called the shop as soon as they opened for business. Three hours later, engine was running smooth. I was able to continue my journey back to Colorado. Highly recommended.

All the employees are great! They did everything they could to make sure my car got fixed up at a price I could afford. They have definitely earned a loyal customer!

My experience was excellent. We have used this Meineke for many years. It recently got a new manager that continues the wonderful service we had come to expect. Service was done quickly and the full vehicle check (with pictures) was a bonus.

The ease of making an appointment online was helpful. I had been to 2 other places that claimed to perform inspections but neither had a tech at work the day I came in. Your crew were courteous and showed me what I need to fix in order to pass. They called around and found the part I needed and even showed me what repairs needed to be made. I appreciate their customer service.

The manager did an inspection on my car. And was excellent at customer service, explaining things, offering future services and solutions. Just really kind and good person.

Christian, District Manager, was AMAZEBALLS!!!!!! I came in frantic about my brakes and he got me taken care of in no time. Highly recommend this location.
